TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE TERRIBLE! I am a parent of a student who just graduated. We did not receive a refund, but they did send her roommate a partial. They charged us $40 for removing a toaster and microwave that were in the apartment before she moved in. Would have gladly taken them, but they did not belong to us. Charged us $130 for cleaning when I spent over 10 hours cleaning, scrubbing and cleaning everything possible. It was filthy when my daughter moved in and I cleaned it then. It was immaculate when she moved out. They charged a 15% administrative fee??? They charged her $60 for a cracked window, which was there when she moved in! If you are a parent, please do not have your child rent from these vultures! more

KEEP AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY !!! My daughter and her Sorority Sisters rented a house from them last year. Throughout the year they were hit with bogus fines and charges that at times were quite exorbitant. From talking to prior tenants and other people in the area we knew that it was their practice to keep the secutity deposit by issuing greatly overcharged bills for even the simplest repair..We were resigned to that fact...The big suprise was that they wanted additional money at the end of the year..Their end of lease bill is greatly inflated and quite insane...KEEP AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!!! more

WOW, this place is a real rip off and they need to be reported to the real estate commission by everyone who gets duped into paying extra fees for nothing! My daughter signed a lease but she was required to have a parent signature as well. When I refused to sign because the unit was too far away, we found another room mate for the others on the lease. Continental charged the group an additional $350 to change the lease, and that was months before they were supposed to move in! I reported them to the commission but the room mates, all college kids, were afraid to make waves since they still had to live there, so they bit the bullet and paid the fees. more

Never rent from this company. They have been a complete headache for my roommates and I from the beginning. They will not respond to many maintenance requests. They will send you fines for trash that blows onto the property from the road. It is a complete scam to squeeze every penny they can from you. Also, donny will show up at your place unannounced to tour it to potential renters and then lie to you and tell you he called someone about it. Horrible staff and horrible management. more

Continental is a fraudulent, crooked company. I rented from them a few years back. They claimed to have done some maintenance and charged me for it, even though I did not request for the work to be done. My contract was to rent the property as-is, so they breached the contract by charging for repairs I didn't want. They were very rude on the phone and basically challenged me to get a lawyer. more
