WOW, this place is a real rip off and they need to be reported to the real estate commission by everyone who gets duped into paying extra fees for nothing! My daughter signed a lease but she was required to have a parent signature as well. When I refused to sign because the unit was too far away, we found another room mate for the others on the lease. Continental charged the group an additional $350 to change the lease, and that was months before they were supposed to move in! I reported them to the commission but the room mates, all college kids, were afraid to make waves since they still had to live there, so they bit the bullet and paid the fees.
