Southgate Apt: Spacious one bedroom apartment, heating is paid for, lots of cabinet space in kitchen, nice closet space in bedroom, good location, allows pets, friendly staff in the office. more

I wanted to thank you for your response to Megan and I's concerns about the Park Forest Ave rental. We are happy with the replacement of the shower, installment of the carpet in the closet and investigation into the leakage that has caused the paint on bathroom ceiling to peel. It is nice to see that you care about the property and the tenants. I know that there is some pending repair to the roof but I now feel confident that it will be properly accomplished. more

I wanted to thank you for being so patient while I figured out this whole situation. We are happy at Southgate, so don't think it was anything to do with a bad situation there or anything, rent in State College is high, its high at any apartment complex. I was just trying to find something with a lower rent, but the particular place didn't work out. During this whole process we realized how much we would actually miss our fist apartment together. more

The maintenance is amazing. They are all super nice and very good at their jobs. All in all, I have been happy with my 2 year stay in hetzel plaza. more

Well respected management team 5/23/2012

My wife and I bough #2095 for 52,500 in 1994, and sold for 133,000 in 2011. When the ""housing bubble"" burst in late 2008, I was afraid the resale value would be very depressed. I was pleased that the unit kept a relatively good value. The continued maintenance and ability to finance necessary property improvements in Woods Edge is due, in my estimation, to the able management team at Continental Realty and the Woods Edge Association. We truly respect your work ethics 4/24/2012

I went a bit nuts when I first saw my son's new place sighting mainly the smoke filled apartment with the very beat up carpeting. They came to the apartement to check it out personally and agreed that it needed replacing. The sink in the bathroom was also clogged and the microwave was broke. They defused the situation immediately by understanding my complaints and they did it in such a nice way i was somewhat ashamed of how I behaved. They had thier team of experts follow up and fix everything and replace the carpets. All of their maintenance guys are so nice and thorough. They made a somewhat tense situation a much better one and stood by their word. That means so much and we truly respect your work ethics. more

Happy with the customer service 4/18/2012

Have been renting the same house for 3 years. I've been happy with the customer service for the most part. We got timely and good response when we met with some problems. more
