TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE TERRIBLE! I am a parent of a student who just graduated. We did not receive a refund, but they did send her roommate a partial. They charged us $40 for removing a toaster and microwave that were in the apartment before she moved in. Would have gladly taken them, but they did not belong to us. Charged us $130 for cleaning when I spent over 10 hours cleaning, scrubbing and cleaning everything possible. It was filthy when my daughter moved in and I cleaned it then. It was immaculate when she moved out. They charged a 15% administrative fee??? They charged her $60 for a cracked window, which was there when she moved in! If you are a parent, please do not have your child rent from these vultures!
