KEEP AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY !!! My daughter and her Sorority Sisters rented a house from them last year. Throughout the year they were hit with bogus fines and charges that at times were quite exorbitant. From talking to prior tenants and other people in the area we knew that it was their practice to keep the secutity deposit by issuing greatly overcharged bills for even the simplest repair..We were resigned to that fact...The big suprise was that they wanted additional money at the end of the year..Their end of lease bill is greatly inflated and quite insane...KEEP AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!!!
