highly disappointed, the windows sweat, fog and heavy moisture dew build up. called Comfort Window and was told that is "normal". none of the other windows in my house this problem. if the winter bring ice and frost to the inside of my window, I will be phoning the BBB more

I have 6 new windows and a wonderful new door,--sealed nice and tight so no winter drafts blow in. My salesperson, Tom Porto, helped in my decisions and I am very please with the end results. Thank you!! more

From start to finish it turned out to be a great experience. Our sales person was very informative and so professional. He knew his job from top to bottom. We would recommend him to all our family and friends. The workers were right on the ball - they knew every aspect of what to do - how to do it and they cleaned up behind themselves. All in all the entire crew rates a 10 ! As people passed our house walking on the walking trail the response was that red door really pops !! more

Excellent Windows 11/12/2014

The difference is totally noticable. I no longer feel the cold or heat like I did with standard windows. My Heating and AC bills have been lower since the installation and the comfort level in the house is astonishig. more

Terrible communication! 11/12/2014

The communication between the employees and employees with the customer was terrible! I would hear one thing from one person and then contradicting information from another. They need to work on getting everyone on the same page. The job (insulation) seems to be fine other than the 8 holes they drilled through my wall. Based on the experience I had with the communication issues, I would not recommend working with this company. more

My only complaint with Comfort Windows in Buffalo is when they installed the windows, they gave me the option of either vinyl stripping or wood molding to cover the gap between the window and the casing. However, when they came back a second day to finish everything, the guy never asked us about the options. He just started putting in raw molding so now I have to go through the whole house and caulk everything. I wanted vinyl stripping so there wouldn't be this kind of maintenance but by the time I realized what had happened, he already had most of it installed. It created more work for me when I didn't want any work. Overall, the windows were wonderful. more

Great company 9/18/2014

We've used Comfort Windows twice and like their service. We initially had some trouble using the locks on the windows and also saw daylight through the corners of the screen but they came right out when we called them and made good on everything. We love the windows and have already recommended them to some of our friends. more

They did a perfect job! 9/16/2014

This was my first time using Comfort Windows Buffalo. I had them install a double front storm door and they did everything perfect. The door was very heavy and it took about a day to install. I appreciate how well they blended it with the trim. The technicians were very good workers. The tension is perfect. You can tell it is a very high quality product. I am very happy and will definitely use them again in the future. more

I am very happy with the work that Comfort Windows has done. I asked a representative for some recommendations and they were very forthcoming. Workmanship needs improvement 8/29/2014

The tub came in and looked different than we expected. Sales person did not show us all the details. Installers damaged the window sill and gouged the paint and wood. They did not repair it. Installers gouged the sheet-rock near the tub and did not completely repair it. Installers were in a hurry and did not seal the drain. They also left much soot on the window sill and sink. When we used the tub a great amount of water went down and did damage to our kitchen ceiling. After a couple of weeks they sent a repair person to fix the ceiling. He started to repair process, but did not complete the repair work. I called a few times, but they did not return my calls. I do not think that they are going to come back to complete the repair work from the damage that they caused from their incomplete installation. more
