Review content:
The communication between the employees and employees with the customer was terrible! I would hear one thing from one person and then contradicting information from another. They need to work on getting everyone on the same page. The job (insulation) seems to be fine other than the 8 holes they drilled through my wall. Based on the experience I had with the communication issues, I would not recommend working with this company.
