The tub came in and looked different than we expected. Sales person did not show us all the details. Installers damaged the window sill and gouged the paint and wood. They did not repair it. Installers gouged the sheet-rock near the tub and did not completely repair it. Installers were in a hurry and did not seal the drain. They also left much soot on the window sill and sink. When we used the tub a great amount of water went down and did damage to our kitchen ceiling. After a couple of weeks they sent a repair person to fix the ceiling. He started to repair process, but did not complete the repair work. I called a few times, but they did not return my calls. I do not think that they are going to come back to complete the repair work from the damage that they caused from their incomplete installation. more
