Not saying anything bad... just want to be treated fair.. come out in December on the 23rd to fix heat.. it quit again on 24th of January.... called home warranty on monday 25th to come out on 27th to fix again....2 hrs later no heat .....called at 4:45 same day 2hrs later and was told next available day 28th ...fix heat again....3hrs later no heat again....called on 29th am Friday and was told it would be Monday.... thank God im disable I would have had to taken a week of work off to support their schedule.... this is 3rd time in a week....Ive waited for my time like everyone else...feel like I should be at the top of list by now more

They arrived on time (10:00 a.m.), had my new unit fully installed by 3:00 p.m., removed all debris, and left my home they way they found it. The entire process was completed in slightly over 24 hours. During a routine seasonal inspection the technician found a crack in the heat exchanger on my 20+ year old Trane gas heater. He quickly presented the options on a repair vs. replacement. With a replacement part taking over three weeks to arrive and it being December I opted for the replacement. The Sales Team did an excellent job at outlying several options that would work for my home. The team did a wonderful job at removing the old unit and replacing it with the new Amana unit. We have been extremely pleased with the unit and anxious to see a reduction on the gas bill with the high efficiency model. They delivered what they promised were professional and would highly recommend this trustworthy team to anyone. more

I got a new heating and air gas pack from Comfort First Heating & Cooling and they gave me the best deal in town. I compared the prices to quite a few other places and they went above and beyond in terms of service. We didn't have any heat and they came and installed a unit on a Sunday, a day they don't normally send an installation crew. Kelly, their receptionist, was very adamant about getting us heat as soon as possible, so she sent the guys out to install our heat and they were very professional. They cleaned up after themselves, showed up on time, and were very friendly. I want to thank Comfort First staff and installation tech's, Ryan and Manuel for the great work in replacing our old HVAC system and ductwork with a completely new system. Ryan and Manuel did a wonderful job in the time that they spent in my home. Comfort First is lucky to have these individuals on the team. Everything went well but I am not sure this system is any better than the Trane XL1200 system it replaced. The heating and cooling bills are higher than with the older system. more

I was in the market for a new air conditioner, and Comfort First Heating & Cooling was recommended to me by a friend. I had contacted other companies in the Yellow Pages, but they were the only ones who bothered to get back to me. Before they even came into my house, they were putting booties over their shoes to avoid getting my floors dirty. They went through everything with me, discussed their whole procedure and gave me notice any time a change had to be maid. The price was fair, and the payment was very easy, all done through the bank. Everyone was very courteous and professional, and the whole experience was no trouble at all.
