Service delivered... 4/13/2016

This was a warranty call from HSA and our first experience with Comfort First. The technician was able to diagnose why the A/C was not working within a few minutes and set our expectations that parts would need to be ordered and would take 3-4 days. Parts arrived within that window and the same technician arrived the next day to complete the rebuild of the fan assembly. The tech also went above and beyond to ensure that the comfort of our home was in order. I would call these guys direct if/when my warranty expires. more

Everyone was terrific. 4/3/2016

First out was Carl who seemed very knowledgeable and got the ball rolling. Beth was terrific helping me with the AHS hassle. Next was Kelli in explaining what needed to be done and why. Next were the two installers who were promt and courteous and did a great job. I am very happy with everything so far. more

Knowledgeable, easy to work with and fast 4/1/2016

This company recently installed a new unit through my home warranty (AHS.). Melissa, Beth & Kelly were very knowledgeable and helped us make the right choice. Theu took time to explain things and answer questions. It was easy to reach any of them and they returned calls quickly. Everyone here was great as well as the guys who installed it. Would recommend them and had a great experience. Was surprised at how easy and quick this process was! more

Tech very professional and answered all my questions 3/17/2016

Not sure if I want fan speed as reset. Seems to recycle excessively and air from registers does not seem as warm. Still quite a difference in temperature in master bed/bath as compared to other rooms. more

Outstanding Company 3/16/2016

I have used other heating and cooling companies and by far Comfort First is 5 star, they set up appointments, have great discounts and incentives. They workers that come out are knowledgeable, and concerned for your well being. Best thing we did was asked friends who they used and it was Comfort First!!!! more

Communication was not very good. 2/25/2016

I received one message that said the repairman was on the way. I did not receive any other information about what the repair involved. I would have liked to know what the problem was when he completed the work. I still don't know what he did to fix the problem. I gave you 4 stars because my renters have said the furnace now works. Would have been 5 stars if the company representative called me when the work was completed. more

It's been a number of years since we signed up with Comfort First and each visit has been satisfactory. Office staff always helpful and techs always do a great job of looking after our heat pumps. Will be scheduling next maintenance visit end of April. more

Great Company Top Service 2/18/2016

My A/C was hit by lighting and I called around and Comfort First were the only ones who got back to me. They came to the sat down and worked out options for a replacement. They were honest and we got good financing. Everything was done in a reasonable time frame. I would recommend to any one. Great service . Friendly . more

Technician Brandon was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable about troubleshooting my HVAC issues. He recommended the necessary repairs and gave thorough insight to back up his findings. Also made sure I completely understood and took the time to answer any questions or concerns I had. The office staff was also a pleasure to work with. Great Service Great Team 2/11/2016

What a great team of people to work with at Comfort First. Renee McFadden, Installation Project Manager, answered all of my questions day or night. She responded almost immediately. She was very knowledgeable about heating systems, and took time to explain the difference and return on investment of a 14 vs 16 SEER unit. I found her to be very truthful, and very courteous! Then Ryan and Sean were the installation team! They worked hard with a smile, always willing to answer any question. Their work was great! And best of all, cleaned up everything. HVAC is working great!! more
