Installation and performance of our new heat pump 10/6/2016

Overall, we have been pleased with the installation and performance of our new heat pump. We were especially pleased with the assistance we received from Comfort First technician, Brandon. We were disappointed to hear he was no longer available to service our unit. more

Excellent work and great Customer Service 10/4/2016

I recently had to replace my system in my townhouse. When Renee came to give us the quote she realized that this job was going to be a challenge because the air handler was in a closet in the kitchen. I will give extra kudos to Ricky & Carlos as they were awesome and did a spectacular job. We were afraid that they would have to tear out the closet door and all the molding but they were able to rebuild the stand and place the new air handler in the closet without any tearing out. I also want to comment that they cleaned up after themselves and took away the old unit. I would definitely recommend Comfort Heating & Air to my friends and family. more

We have a dual system home in which both blowers went out at once. Comfort First Heating and Cooling diagnosed the problem as fixed the problem as expeditiously as possible, given that new parts had to be ordered. more

While other heating and air contractors were telling me my compressor was defected, your company tested my air conditioning system and found that the root cause of my a/c failures was a defect in the breaker electrical system and not the compressor. My system works great without any failures now. Great job!!! more

Mechanical failure on AC unit 9/21/2016

Unit worked but made a very unusual noise. They came out quickly and identified the problem. Part was ordered and they came back to repair as soon as the part was available. more

Comfort First did an excellent job installing a new Amana heat pump and replacing all ductwork. 9/18/2016

When my old system failed, Comfort First provided me with quotes for a choice of systems the same day I called them. When I signed them up they scheduled an install date that was several days earlier than there original quote. The were able to complete installation of the heat pump and ductwork in a day and a half. The installation was very neat. The removed the old heat pump, ductwork, and cement pad and left the property clean and neat. The installers were friendly and pleasent. The new system is functioning well and very quiet. I will definitely call Comfort First for any future HAVC work. more

Seasonal Tune Up 9/9/2016

I booked this visit through Angie's List with an offer for a late season HVAC tuneup. Michael was here early with his coworker, and the check and cleaning went very quickly. The guys let me know that the air filters I had only put in a month ago, needed to be replaced already. Very diligent, respectful and didn't try to sell me a maintenance plan or anything. I can recommend very wholeheartedly this company! Will definitely call them again. more
