Not saying anything bad... just want to be treated fair.. come out in December on the 23rd to fix heat.. it quit again on 24th of January.... called home warranty on monday 25th to come out on 27th to fix again....2 hrs later no heat .....called at 4:45 same day 2hrs later and was told next available day 28th ...fix heat again....3hrs later no heat again....called on 29th am Friday and was told it would be Monday.... thank God im disable I would have had to taken a week of work off to support their schedule.... this is 3rd time in a week....Ive waited for my time like everyone else...feel like I should be at the top of list by now
