During a routine seasonal inspection the technician found a crack in the heat exchanger on my 20+ year old Trane gas heater. He quickly presented the options on a repair vs. replacement. With a replacement part taking over three weeks to arrive and it being December I opted for the replacement. The Sales Team did an excellent job at outlying several options that would work for my home. The team did a wonderful job at removing the old unit and replacing it with the new Amana unit. We have been extremely pleased with the unit and anxious to see a reduction on the gas bill with the high efficiency model. They delivered what they promised were professional and would highly recommend this trustworthy team to anyone.
