I have been using Colonial Chem-Dry for a few years now and I am never disappointed. Joe Tingley cleaned my carpets this time and did a fantastic job. My carpets are getting old and seem to be taking longer to dry when I have them cleaned - I explained this to Joe so he took the time to go over the carpet 4-5 times extracting the water to make sure all the water was out. That made a huge difference in the drying time (thank you Joe!) I had the stain protector applied this time and they are still looking great after a month even in high traffic areas...the extra $ for the protector is definitely worth it!
