Stay away from this dishonest dealership. The sales team, specifically, Charles A., is disorganized, disingenuous and totally apathetic. They showed minimal flexibility and customer service and Mr. Anene went to the extend in which he wrote insulting emails to me after I had purchased a new vehicle, with cash. They, sadly, fit the stereotype of a cheap used car dealership, whose only concern is the quick buck at the expense of customer service. Go to Fairfax or any other dealership in the area; but avoid this business like the plague.
