People are friendly and service is good, but the phone number advertised by e-mail keeps you on hold for 20 minutes and then it hangs up on you. A local number given out by a friendly cashier during a visit works much better.
I am not clear if the e-mail reminders of 6-month maintenance intervals are based solely on passing time, or on assumed accumulation of miles driven. What if the cummulative miles actually driven are much less than the assumption which the service shop is making?
