Air duct cleaning 5/22/2016

They were professional and efficient. However they did leave dust behind on the vent openings and their machine blew dust all one my downstairs bathroom, which is where the HVAC return is. It would have been nice if they cleaned up behind them instead of leaving the first and debris everywhere. more

The rugs look like new! 5/19/2016

I had three area rugs cleaned by Coit. They were returned to me amazingly clean! They look great and smell so fresh. The fringe on the larger rug had been combed after cleaning and looked great...I will definitely use Coit again and again. more

Several snafus this time. 5/17/2016

I have used COIT a number of times. Always satisfied. This time as usual I specifically asked for the estimate and cleaning to be done in one visit as I am very busy. A guy came and said that he was not cleaning my items, he was only doing estimate and taking my drapes and an area rug. I mentioned the agreement with the person I spoke to and he acted like they would not have possibly agreed to an estimate and cleaning in one visit., I also told him the area rug had previously been cleaned in my home because it's on the basement floor. At first he said ok, then he said he had to take it. Overall, I felt this guy was pretty condescending. This guy was not even out of my driveway when another Coit guy showed up and said he was there to estimate, clean and take my drapes. What do you know? I asked if he'd spoken to the first guy and he had just talked to him--in my driveway and did not seem happy. This guy was super nice although I had to have him return and redo the chairs--because of the fabric you have to be careful to get the nap to go in one direction. They should check for that before they leave or identify the fabric as needing special care. Overall this was not COITs finest hour and I will think hard about using them again. Can always count on good quality service from coit. From carpet to ceramic tile. Getting ready to put house on market, Berber carpet that had cleaned in downstairs looks as good as new Berber upstairs, small ceramic floor in bathroom cleaned up really nice! more

Dog problem 5/9/2016

After the carpet dried I put used a black light. There were many spots where the urine had not been touched--far too many for them to have been fresh. I was very disappointed. more

GREAT job!!! 5/9/2016

I called Coit the week before Derby for a carpet cleaning for a last-minute Derby party, requesting my favorite cleaner, Zach B. To my surprise, Zach was able to fit it in his busy schedule, and came and did a great job in a short time period. My rug and 2 upholstered chairs looked great for the party, with no lingering pet odors but no perfume-type smell either (at my request, I'm allergic). Coit was a couple of hours earlier than scheduled that day, but it worked out great and was worth it to have Zach's work. Thanks! more

Professional and courteous 5/4/2016

I found the Coit technicians to be both professional and courteous. They called when they were on their way and arrive promptly. Both men introduced themselves and worked quickly and efficiently. I was very pleased with the results and will definitely call Coit again when I need carpet cleaning. more

DEFINITELY A 5-STAR 5/4/2016

I have had several carpet cleaners for both my house and boat, but this particular Coit was the best of all. The difference was that "Chris," the cleaner, went out of his way to move heavy sofas and get in places that had never been cleaned before by anyone. He quoted me a price, and told me that it would take about 2 hours, so I left the house to run an errand and he had obviously not stopped. He was not quite through, because he was being so thorough. I really liked the way he raked the carpet after he was through cleaning. more
