We worked with Amy on our design. I can tell you it is honestly like buying a car and trying to pick out options you want. When you talk to other companies and put forth effort, you can see what separates Closet Factory from everyone else that is in the market. Amy spent so much time with us designing what WE wanted and what WE needed. Before we left the showroom, we had digital 3D plans/pictures of what it would look like. To me, this was my only negative was having to drive to the showroom. Amy kept in contact with us and was always available. I can tell you, we spent a significant amount of money on our system that was put in. With that being said, we are overly happy and we would NEVER be able to have a house without custom closets. It is expensive, but we have had our's for over 2 months and could never ever go back to wire racks! If you are considering it, it is well worth the investment.
