We had been shopping for an Entertainment Center when a friend suggested we contact Jeanne Hessen of the Closet Factory. So we did, and are we happy we did. She not only custom designed an unbelievable Entertainment Center she also did an amazing job on all of our closets. We loved working with her and the Closet Factory. more

We we're so lucky that the closet factory sent Shellie Miller to measure our laundry room and garage for organization . She took her time in measuring and then sat down to ask a lot of questions about our needs and expectations. After a few days, we toured the factory, which was very neat and organized. My husband and I were treated to coffee, snacks and genuine hospitality while Shellie showed us custom plans in three dimensions. The closet factory and Shellie offered and delivered far more than we ever expected! more

Mark was at his best again. This is the fourth job he's done for me. This time I needed another large closet converted from a mess to a masterpiece. I needed hanging space but in this closet I also needed Mark to find lots of shelving space as well. I'm quite short and need him to incorporate the same pull downs that he put in my other closet that allows me to pull the higher rod down to a level that's comfortable to me. All in all it want very well just like thee prior 3 times he's come to help me. I highly recommend Mark Sidell from Closet Factory in Fort Lauderdale. I'll have him back early next year to build a murphy bed for me too.\r \r Ruth Halpern more

Shellie Miller has been a friend of my family's for many years. She is honest, straightforward and always a pleasure to spend time with. When I told her about my desire to make our playroom into an office for my at-home business, she came to evaluate and measure. What I loved about her eye for design and usefulness is that she came up with something completely unique that also included a murphy bed for our children's sleepovers. My sons had been using the room primarily for video games and a place to hang-out. The way Shellie saw it, the room could continue to serve the kids for their video fun, but now includes a full-size Murphy bed and a large adjacent wall to serve as my office area. It's more than I ever expected! My tour of the Closet Factory Showroom was impressive and the expertise of their installers and Shellie are enough for me to recommend them over and over. more

After wanting a home office for quite some time, my wife prompted me to have Amy from the Closet Factory take a look at the room we wanted to use. Her friend had used Amy Mendez to design a custom home office and they were very pleased with the outcome. I have to admit that calling a company called The Closet Factory wouldn't have been a logical choice, but I couldn't be happier with the layout Amy came up with. It has everything covered, from filing cabinets to pencil drawers and everything in between. The installation went very smoothly and I make it a point to bring every visitor into my beautiful home office. Everyone agrees; It's very impressive! I recommend using the Closet Factory and Amy Mendez for much more than just closets. more

Mark made things so easy. We sort of knew what we wanted but walking through the design process with Mark made things so much easier because he created 3-d images that helped us to visualize each closet. The Installers were very good and worked quickly and quietly and most important did beautiful work. I called the Closet Factory from a flyer that came in the mail and they sent a representative to measure and talk to me about them and what they could do. We have an old house that needed the closets made into more efficient spaces. Shellie Miller showed up on my doorstep and I was sold! She was so kind and really knew how to make things work to maximize those little closets. My husband and I visited the beautiful showroom and were impressed with the organization and professional way everything was handled. Shellie showed us our closets in 3D and we were able to ask a lot of questions and even changed a few minor things around as we preferred. My husband liked that it was HIS choice to make changes and we weren't told what had to be done. Hiring the Closet Factory and having Shellie help us has been our easiest and smoothest renovation of all! more

My new Motor Trend Garage is the best one I've seen. A few of my friends have garage storage so I wanted mine done to hide all of my extra stuff and put things where I could find them. Now everything has a spot and my favorite part is the workbench with all of my tools neatly organized above it. Shellie Miller helped by making suggestions with the layout and assisting through the process. Overall, The Closet Factory and Shellie made it come together nicely. more

Miss Amy Mendez came to my home and did a wall unit design that is beyond what I ever imagined! When I called the Closet Factory I had no idea that the person who came to see what was needed would be such an experienced professional, and I am very happy with the results. We would like to give thanks to Jeanne Hessen of the Closet Factory for her work on our garage and walk-in closets. We were shopping around for the right designer and trying not to break the bank, but my wife and I knew after spending 5 minutes with Jeanne that she was who we wanted to work with and at that point price didn't matter. Although the Closet Factory wasn't the cheapest, we couldn't be happier with the Custom Design Jeanne laid out for us on both the garage and the closets. Thank you Jeanne. more

After seeing the Closet Factory trucks in my neighborhood several times, I took it as a sign that they were the company to call. My master closet had completely fallen down and they sent such a lovely woman, Shellie Miller, to see what could be done. She was very helpful and compassionate! She went over options for color choices and floor plans and was careful to explain the entire process. It was so easy, I just made choices right there in my kitchen and a few weeks later some very nice gentlemen came and put in my new dream closet! It holds more than I expected and I am very pleased. more

Getting our closets done was getting to be a pain until we found the Closet Factory. We tried to do it online ourselves, but were far too daunted by the process. We tried to put it together at one of those big box stores, but it also seemed like the money we saved would only cost us too much time with assembly and aggravation. In the end, we called and Shellie Miller came and saved us from the hassle and pain of ""Do it Yourself."" She came up with a great plan on her computer in our dining room and we chose colors, accessories and were able to see the entire project in three dimensions. Shellie was really easy to work with and kept in communication with us through the whole process. My husband and I are so happy with how everything turned out! I wish we'd found Shellie and the Closet Factory before we'd wasted so much time with other options. more

We were referred by our neighbor who used Amy on a wall unit and closet project and had only great things to say about her and her company. After meeting with Amy, we knew why they raved so highly! She was super professional and knew just the right solutions for us. She created an amazing design and took the time to explain in detail how things were built and WHY. She made the design make sense for our needs. During the install, she even came to check up and see how everything was going. I was amazed how attentive she was with us throughout the entire process. Our new home is really nice, but the wire shelves that the builder puts in are the pits! We called a few of the companies that are in those home magazines, and Shellie Miller was sent over from the Closet Factory. She is one impressive and knowledgable designer!! She had ideas that my husband and I never would have thought of. The other places sent us quotes through email, but Shellie really took the time to sit with us, show us all of the various options and then gave us a thorough tour of their showroom and the factory. My husband was very impressed with the three-dimensional images that she went over with us in person, and he had a lot of fun rearranging things and asking about what would work better where. All in all, we enjoyed the whole experience! Our closet has more room than we expected...so I'm off to the mall! more

The last thing I wanted to do was start another project on my condo, but the master closet was a mess and really had to be done. After the kitchen and bathrooms and all of those headaches, I was dreading the next experience. Thankfully, Shellie Miller was the lady that Closet Factory sent to evaluate the situation. She was very professional and really nice to work with. At their showroom, she showed me many options and I chose to go the most economical way. She stayed in constant communication with me after we set the details and the closet went in right on schedule without any drama. I would recommend this company to anyone. more

We shopped several different companies and some of the prices were lower, but after touring the factory and seeing the differences in quality, organization and the level of professionalism, we were SOLD!
