We were recommended to Closet Factory by a friend. We met with our designer Amy Mendez to discuss our closet needs. She was very informative and was able to design all the closets on our first appointment because we were in a rush to get it all in before we moved it. We already had other quotations, but she priced everything very competitively and explained the difference in a way we understood. We decided to sign with her because she not only was a great designer with a lot of experience, but made us feel like she was sharing her knowledge with us on the product which not one other company did. She was able to give us our install date right on the spot ! What a great experience it was! We look forward to working with her and Closet Factory in the future for more of our projects. more

I contacted Closet Factory because we were in need of building a Murphy Bed in our guest room. We were lucky enough to get Amy Mendez as our designer. She spent her time in listening to our needs and took notice in our unique taste in design. After meeting with her in the Beautiful showroom, we were excited to move forward with our project. She nailed the design and even incorporated a little touch of color to accent the colors we have in our home! We couldn't be more pleased with all the work and the time she put into us. She well exceeded our expectations thus far and we can't wait to have our new guest room come to life! We called the Closet Factory as we neared the end of our renovation. They sent designer Shellie Miller to see what we needed and measure our master bedroom closet. The installation was completed yesterday just in time for Christmas and my wife is really happy with the amount of room she has for all of her clothing. We each have lots of drawers, shelves and hanging space. Shellie came up with a perfect plan and our installer kept everything neat while he did quality work. We'll be calling them again for our garage, home office and entertainment center. more

The Closet Factory and Shellie Miller made a huge difference in my older home. Built in 1958, the closets were really small and there never seemed to be enough room for basics like shoes and small luggage. Shellie came and measured my two closets and took extra time to hear about my needs and what I was hoping to accomplish. WOW!! I was so impressed with her ideas and designs! I'm so pleased and excited and I know that resale on my home will be better because of this 21st century upgrade! If anyone out there is looking for a true professional to help create and custom build anything in a home, from closets; wall units; home office or to convert a garage into anything amazing, I highly recommend that you contact Jeanne Hessen of The Closet Factory in Deerfield Beach, Fl. The Closet Factory sent Shellie Miller to measure the room I want to make into a home office. She took her time to find out exactly what I needed and expected. I met her at their showroom and she toured me through the place and showed me several images of what she envisioned. After a few minor tweaks, we had the perfect plan completely customized just for me! I am so excited for my new office! Shellie and The Closet Factory are the perfect combination. more

We met Jeanne Hessen with the Closet Factory thru a recommendation from our neighbor and we couldn't be happier. She game to our home and had a way about her that just put my husband and I at ease. She is so talented and was able to help us feel like we were designing our closet and garage. She actually took an inventory of all my shoes, purses, belts, jewelry and clothes. Then designed a custom closet that was made just for me and my stuff. My husband got the garage of his dreams and our kids get their share of enjoyment in there as wall. We can't thank Jeanne and the Closet Factory enough. more

My husband and I bought our first house and the closets are these horrible old boxes! UGH! We invited Shellie Miller, who works for the Closet Factory, to take a look and give us some ideas and an estimate. After she measured what we had, we met her at their business showroom and toured the factory which was really cool! We were able to see everything in 3D and wecould actually imagine how we would be able to put everything away and live without worrying that we had enough room for all of our stuff! We were very impressed with the professional atmosphere at the Closet Factory and how helpful and knowledgeable Shellie was through the whole process. more

When I went to the beautiful showroom I knew I'd found the right place! We met Jeanne Hessen from the Closet Factory via a referral from my boss. He simply said if I want the best then call the best. When my wife and I first met with Jeanne we knew after the first 10 minutes, we were with the best. She almost instantly set herself apart from the other designers we had met with. At that time, Jeanne designed my custom home office and the waqll unit in my man cave. So when it was my wife's turn, we called Jeanne to create my wife's dream closet and we could not be happier. We just want to say ""Thank You"" to Jeanne for her designs and to the Closet Factory for their professionalism and obvious effort to complete everything in a timely manner. more

Although I had used Closet Factory before, this was an entire different experience. Our new designer Amy Mendez was much more attentive to us than our previous designer. (he is no longer with them). We wanted to build out a closet in our Laundry room from floor to ceiling. We needed the extra space and although it was a tight space, Amy came up with a functional design. My wife got me to go see their showroom and see what Shellie Miller put together for our master bedroom closet. It looked nice and we all worked together with the 3D plan to make it just the way my wife and I wanted it. When it was installed, it gave us more room than we ever imagined! We have two master closets that were overflowing with too much stuff. When we decided to renovate the entire suite, my wife insisted on doing the closets, too. Shellie Miller evaluated what we needed and came up with a great design! She and our installer were terrific, professional and now we have MORE room than we knew we could possibly have. Thanks to a good friend of mine, we met with Jeanne Hessen from the Closet Factory. Jeanne designed my friends closets, office and garage last year and I was impressed with what she had done. After meeting with Jeanne at her showroom in Deerfield Beach, we hired her to design our closets and to create a custom built bar. We couldn't be happier with both the closets and the bar. Saw the Closet Factory Ad in the Home Mag and decided to give them a call to help organize my Master closet. My designer Amy Mendez was such a pleasure to work with from the beginning to the end. She was very professional and arrived in a timely manner. She was very attentive to my needs and definitely paid attention to detail when designing my closet. During our 2nd appointment she sat with me even after we finalized everything just to chat a bit. I never felt pressured and it was overall a very great experience. The installers were very neat and did a great job. I absolutely love my closet!! I would highly recommend The Closet Factory and Amy as your designer. Thank you! more
