After seeing the Closet Factory trucks in my neighborhood several times, I took it as a sign that they were the company to call. My master closet had completely fallen down and they sent such a lovely woman, Shellie Miller, to see what could be done. She was very helpful and compassionate! She went over options for color choices and floor plans and was careful to explain the entire process. It was so easy, I just made choices right there in my kitchen and a few weeks later some very nice gentlemen came and put in my new dream closet! It holds more than I expected and I am very pleased.
