I own a few rental properties and my accountant recommended Shellie Miller from the Closet Factory for some work I needed done. She understood how to reconfigure closets that were falling down while keeping the budget reasonable. The factory is very organized and everyone I've had any contact with has been professional. To me, this is a reputable place to do business with. more

When I called to get a quote, The Closet Factory sent Shellie Miller to measure the laundry room and pantry. She was a few minutes early and took her time to find out exactly what I was needing and expected. We went to the showroom to see her plan. My husband was especially impressed with the operation at the factory. I was impressed by Shellie's design and the software that helped us see her ideas in 3D. The guy who installed everything was very tidy and nice . Shellie and the Closet Factory are excellent at their profession. I highly recommend them! more

We had a roomy master closet done by Shellie Miller and we have been thrilled with how it has helped us to keep our usually messy clothes shoes and boxes of photos organized and neat. We are excited to have Shellie come back and plan a closet for under our stairs and get our garage organized with a workbench and shelves. The Closet Factory has a really nice showroom and the guys who put everything in were really nice and kept everything clean. We can't wait to get these two new projects done. more

My husband surprised me with the most AMAZING closet designed by Shellie Miller at the Closet Factory! It has beautiful granite countertops, doors with mirrors, plenty of room for my clothes & shoes and th very best part is one of my drawers has a lock and two black velvet layers for my jewelry! Love it! more

Mark Sidell from MOTOR TREND by Closet Factory came to the house and was hands down the most professional and knowledgeable person we met. He took very accurate measurements and made sure to discuss the entire job with us. We then met him at their Showroom and we were totally impressed. No wonder they do more garages than anyone else. Mark showed us everything in 3-D and we got to see exactly what we were buying before we made any commitment. Jerry and his crew did a fabulous job on the floor and we can really see the difference between this and what other companies were trying to sell us. A colleague of my huband's recently bought his closet here. He was very happy and recommended that we call and ask for Shellie Miller. When she came to measure, she was very professional and knowledgeable. She sat with us for a long time to work out the best design for our very oddly shaped closet. We called the Closet Factory with help with our pantry and storage closet. Thank Goodness they sent someone with skill and knowledge of making an odd space more usable. We were lucky to get our designer Amy Mendez who not only designed, but executed the perfect space for our things. We were able to match our existing counter tops perfectly too! Thank you to our installers who are true craftsman as well. We are truly enjoying our new spaces. We will be calling Amy again soon for some future projects! more

We interviewed several closet companies and although materials seemed similar working with Angelina Miller was the reason we chose the closet factory. I have to say that the employees at Closet Factory are very helpful, very knowledgeable. No pushy salespeople- Jessica Bentley was our fabulous designer that worked with us on design/ price. We were surprised that the lead time was so long, but were insured that we would be very happy they take their time to build custom products. Delivery guys were courteous and careful with my new items. Great warranty. Felt very confident purchasing from them after all the personal attention that I was given.. HIGHLY recommend this company. more

My home is going through some renovation and my closet was in desperate need of a makeover! We called Closet Factory and was pleasantly surprised with the sweet heart Amy Mendez that showed up. She was not only professional, talented, but had been in the business for quite some time and could tell with her knowledge. She designed our closet on the computer right on the spot and showed us what it was going to look like. Their prices are very competitive and it just felt like Closet Factory and Amy Mendez was the perfect fit for us and our budget. Very good home improvement store. People are nice and willing to spend time with customers to answer all questions. A lot of selection with reasonable price. They help me to arrange the best delivery time that fit my schedule as well. I would recommend working with Jessica Bentley at Closet Factory in Deerfield Beach. Awesome!! more

Shellie Miller was sent out to give us an estimate when we contacted the Closet Factory. A few days after she evaluated our space, I toured the showroom with her. It was really impressive and her ideas for my closet expansion were the most creative my husband and I had seen. We ended up hiring a general contractor who we used for a lot of other home improvements, but I will continue to refer Shellie to my friends and associates. She and the Closet Factory were very professional and my experience with the contractor wasn't so good after all. more

My husband had me call because we needed more room in our big custom closet that was built a long time ago. Shelllie Miller came to see what she could do to help and she was so sweet! She was very honest and said our closet was not so bad, but needed a few additional rods to allow me to hang more dresses and my husband's shorts. The Closet Factory and Shellie gave us fast service and it was a nice experience. more

Me and my husband needed a cabinet made for the bathroom because there was too much unused space. Shellie Miller was really nice when she came to our house and told us about the Closet Factory. We went to their showroom and ordered what Shellie came up with and it looks so amazing in our bathroom! I like the extra storage for towels and five more drawers. We are really happy with it and will get more things made for our house soon. My husband really likes the Motor Trend garage options. more

Who would of known that the Closet Factory in Deerfield Beach does anything but custom closets, we stopped in one weekend and met with one of their designers, Jeanne Hessen. As she was giving us a tour of their showroom, she mentioned that they also do custom garages. Well my husband has been talking about wanting a custom (Man-Cave) and the garage would be perfect. Well I must say, it is awesome and we can't thank Jeanne enough. However I am looking forward to working with Jeanne on other rooms in our home including our closets. more
