When Shellie Miller was recommended by a neighbor for her design expertise and ideas, I was pleasantly surprised at how professional she was through the entire process. Having dealt with quite a few shady characters as I improved my 30 year old home, she was very honest as we talked about budget, over or under-improvement and whether it would be worth it to tear out an older custom closet system in exchange for a newer one. I applaud her for explaining everything more than once (my bad memory) and saving me several headaches by changing my focus to projects that would add more value while costing less than other estimates. Shellie and her company, The Closet Factory, are top notch and that it the reason I've given them 5 stars. more

I must say I am so thrilled with my new Home office.Amy Mendes was our designer and she was so helpful and so knowledgeable throughout the entire process. She guided us through what our needs vs our wants were and then let us decide with laying out all the options and prices for everything. It made it so much easier! She never pressured us on adding additional things, but simply suggested options that would work and benefit us for what we needed. She even showed us ways to save money with coming up with simple solutions. All in all, She was great and would highly recommend her. Her patience was a virtue and a blessing as well. (I know I'm not the easiest and ask a million Q's) but she took her time with us. We are Happy with the outcome and are enjoying our beautiful Home office. Thanks to Amy and the crew. more

She came to our home and custom designed our closets and pantry, which were custom built by the Closet Factory. We could not be more pleased with the service we got and how everything turned out. I went into the Closet Factory showroom to look around and see the wall beds. So impressed with the operation and the designer, Shellie Miller, I put an order in right on the spot. A few weeks later, a couple of very nice guys came and put it in my guestroom. The quality is perfect and now I've got a better functioning room with lots of space when the bed isn't needed. more

My first home was a fixer-upper and friends told me that Shellie Miller would do a great job helping me envision all that it could be considering storage, an entertainment area, a bar and closets. All I can say is WOW! She has flipped a few homes and had perfect insight about where to concentrate for added value while minding a budget. The guys doing the installations for the Closet Factory did perfect work and I'm really proud to show off my home because of the many details that Shellie helped with. I highly recommend her and the company she represents. more

My husband and I are beyond excited with our new Motor Trend Garage system! We did the Polyeuria Floor system and the high gloss cabinets which complimented the floor just perfectly! We couldn't have done it without our Amazing designer Amy Mendez. We had a very large space to work with and did not know where to start. She came in and guided us with color, form and function and we are so pleased with the outcome! Highly recommend Amy over at the Closet Factory. She truly has the skill that sets her apart. Our Designer Amy Mendez made our project go so smoothly. Hiring the right company was stressful as it was, but after meeting with her for our garage project, we just knew she was the one that could handle it. The area we were renovating into a closet had an existing closet inside of it. We really weren't sure if we should rip out all of the walls and open the entire room up even larger, but Shellie Miller talked us into keeping the reach in area and turning it into storage and display for all of our shoes. Brilliant! The materials are of the highest quality, the installers were gentlemen, and everything went very smoothly. The closet factory and Shellie made a huge difference in our home. I appreciate the increase in value and the new friend gained. more
