Customer for many years. Very happy with their service. 12/12/2016

I have been using City Heating and Air for many years now. I can't remember how many but it's been quite a long time and I've used them several times. They did not install my AC unit originally but we started using them to do servicing after the last provider stopped. I just recently had to have a new AC installed, so hey did do that, and I'm satisfied with it. They are usually able to schedule for service within a day or two, sometimes longer, but more often than not they come quickly and they provide good service in good time. I'm very happy with all the employees I've had from them over the years and the pricing is very reasonable too. I will continue using them and I recommend them highly. more

City Heating and Air are very dependable, they do quality work. They cleaned up so well it was as if they were not here to begin with. City Heating are also just convenient for me, they installed my original system. Everything came out great, I'm overall satisfied with the work. more

Great company to work with. 10/25/2016

City Heating and Air installed our first heat pump including duct work. I got 3 estimates and took them to a man I know who installed heat pumps on the side and asked him about what was being done and the price. City Heating and Air was the most inexpensive for basically the same services so he recommended them. It was a hard job for them because of the size of the house and the fact that we had to have a split unit with it and the duct work having to be placed in the attic. We eventually had to get another unit and didn't even consider using a different company. Any time we have to call for some kind of service, they act very quickly with arriving and getting the work done. I also recommend their preventive maintenance plan. Great job, City Heating and Air. more

Outstanding service! 6/14/2016

The technician was quick and thorough. He represented the company very well. I was really impressed with his energy and quality of service considering it was 5:30 on a very hot and busy day. His positive attitude and the remark, "It's what we do", was telling of the company's philosophy and the pride he takes in customer care. I highly recommend! more

Excellent Service! 9/18/2015

I have had my a/c unit serviced with City Heat and Air for a number of years. The service has always been excellent. When it was time to replace my old unit, the sales person was very knowledgeable and presented a couple of different options that fit my home and lifestyle. He was professional and very helpful. The installation crew was also very professional and polite. The service was excellent. If I ever need to have my a/c unit replaced in the future, I will without a doubt go with City Heat and Air again! more

We are in the process of completing a new home and we used City Heating and Air for some zoning and installation work. They have come several times to assist us and see if the the system is working to complete capacity, if it is large enough, and its efficiency. They have been very helpful, and have done a good job save for some issues. The heating and cooling system is uneven throughout the house. Some rooms are definitely hotter/cooler than others, and I would have liked them to all be on one thermometer. When we call about our issues they are pretty responsive. They come out and check on whatever it is that needs to be helped. more

DO NOT USE CITY HEATING & AIR 5/15/2015

These "technicians" were deliberately pulling wires so my heat wouldn't work in the winter and air wouldn't work in the summer. Forcing me to call them with each season change. After 2 years of this I became fed up. I called in a guy from a different company and he says "I don't know why they'd unplug a wire from that unless they just wanted you to call for more service". CROOKS!! more

Do Not Use City Heat & Air 1/5/2015

City Heating & Air installed a new heat & air system for us 4 years ago. My house is now filled with many dozens of types of mold. The mold is around and inside every piece of duct work. A mold remediation specialist, aswell as another HVAC company, and a restoration company have all looked at my house and stated it was due to faulty installation with the unit. City Heating & Air only wants to take responsibility for one 8ft section of conduit. The owner didn't show up for a scheduled appointment with us, and failed to return my calls on numerous occasions. He has now resorted to yelling and hanging up on me. My home is unliveable and all he will do is hang up on me. The most disrespectful, unprofessional person who will take virtually no responsibility for what has happened. more

This company has always tried to overcharge me even after repeated business. Their technicians are suspect at best if not liars. 12/30/2014

There charge me $200 for a capacitor on my compressor and didn't even take the old one off they replaced last year. They wanted to piggy back it on until I insisted the old one be removed. more

I was very satisfied. They've always come when they said they will, they're prompt, and they've taken care of the heat system quite nicely. The man who comes has always been polite and helpful, and he gets the job done. He's certainly a pleasant person. He answers all questions helpfully. Generally speaking, I'm highly satisfied with the service. more

The customer service from City Heating And Air Company was outstanding. They were punctual and they installed the AC and furnace the day they said they would. Subsequently, on the pricing I found that I could have purchased both for about $1,000 less than what they charged me for. more

City Heating and Air Conditioning is a great company. My neighbor recommended them, and I'm very glad that he did. I needed to get my air conditioning unit repaired, and they came right out the same way I had called them. They charged exactly what they said they would, came out when they said they would, and actually finished the job ahead of their scheduled time. They did an all-around excellent job, and I'm very happy with my new system. I have a ten year warranty on the product, so I don't think I'll need to call them anytime soon, but I would gladly use them again! Gene Vanover more

Professional, accommodating, and efficient 9/29/2014

I have been using City Heating and Air Co. for a few years now, and I am sure that I will continue to use them in the future. More recently, they installed a new heat pump in my home, and it was done as requested. The unit has been functioning well so far, and I'm pretty satisfied with how everything turned out. The person who installed it was very accommodating and thorough in explaining what the unit does and how it functions, and was very helpful. I continue to use City because of their dependability. They're professional, accommodating, and efficient and I highly recommend them. more

We have used City Heat & Air several times over the years for minor problems and been pleased. It came time to install new heat pumps so we called City Heat & Air. Very impressed with sales and installers. Highly recommend. They are very fair, considerate, and know what they are doing. more
