Review content:
These "technicians" were deliberately pulling wires so my heat wouldn't work in the winter and air wouldn't work in the summer. Forcing me to call them with each season change. After 2 years of this I became fed up. I called in a guy from a different company and he says "I don't know why they'd unplug a wire from that unless they just wanted you to call for more service". CROOKS!!
