City Heating & Air installed a new heat & air system for us 4 years ago. My house is now filled with many dozens of types of mold. The mold is around and inside every piece of duct work. A mold remediation specialist, aswell as another HVAC company, and a restoration company have all looked at my house and stated it was due to faulty installation with the unit. City Heating & Air only wants to take responsibility for one 8ft section of conduit. The owner didn't show up for a scheduled appointment with us, and failed to return my calls on numerous occasions. He has now resorted to yelling and hanging up on me. My home is unliveable and all he will do is hang up on me. The most disrespectful, unprofessional person who will take virtually no responsibility for what has happened.
