City Heat and Air is thorough and professional. 3/28/2011

City Heat and Air installed a new unit for me. The salesman was very knowledgeable and thorough and forthcoming with information. I felt that he completely delivered on what he sold me. Two technicians came out to do the install, and they were very thorough and did a pretty good job of it. They did some modifications to the unit and placed it in a different location. There does seem to be a little more noise out of the unit compared to the original unit, but I think that's more the unit itself and not something they did. I'd use them again. more

City Heat and Air have done two installations for me so far. Everything has gone very well. If I ever have any questions, they are fast in responding and coming back out to fix any issues. I've recommended them to friends. I think they're a really great company. As long as they keep up the good work and the good service, I'll continue to use them. more

I've used City Heat and Air to purchase this new unit. They put in the one prior to this one, and I've never had any problems with them. I have them come in and inspect the unit in the spring and in the fall, and I have been very pleased. more

They repaired what others could not. 12/21/2010

I had eight other repairmen attempt to repair my heat pump. It had an electrical problem and no other company could figure it out. This company took the challenge and stayed until they diagnosed and repaired the problem- at a fair price. more

Quite pleased. 11/1/2010

I decided to use City Heat and Air on a neighbor's recommendation. They serviced my existing equipment and installed a new heat pump and gas furnace. My experience with them was excellent. They were on time, cleaned up afterward, and they were very fastidious. I also felt that they were technically competent. more

City Heat and Air came out because I had a question about a unit that wasn't working properly. They gave me an honest assessment of the situation and gave me a couple of different options. They explained the options in detail. The work was performed as they said it would be and when they said. I could not have asked for anything better. This was my first time using them. Another company had come out and done some work incorrectly, which led to part of the problems I have now. Because of that experience I was skeptical at first. However, City Heat and Air showed me the problem and helped me the best they could. They were honest, and they gave me options for the repairs. They did a nice job, and I feel like I can trust them. more

I have used City Heat and Air since 2002, and I have always been satisfied with their service. They did the initial installation on the house when we bought it, so when it came to get a new system, I went back to them. Their installation of the new unit did not disappoint. They showed up on time, finished on time, and they were very professional. They did a great job. more

Polite and reliable. 10/27/2010

The salesman was very polite and thorough. The people who came and worked on our unit did a good job. Even the receptionist I spoke with was polite. We did have a problem about a week or two in, and they came right back out the day after we called them and they did what they had to do. The technician showed us that everything was okay. They were very reliable and their price was good. I really like City Heat and Air. They sort of reminded me of an old fashioned company. They really want to earn your business. I have nothing but good things to say about them. more

I received a new heat/air unit and the installation was completed by very professional and knowledgeable employees. I will always recommend City Heat and Air to others. They are easy to work with, especially on the financing end. 7/2/2010

Our heating system went completely down in the middle of winter, it was about 19 degrees, and so we called a couple of people for estimates. City Heat and Air came out, and we were immediately comfortable with them, and felt as though they were honest. They gave us a good estimate so we went with them. City Heat and Air took care of all the tax credit requirements so that we got our tax credit for the new system. They were in and out in two days, and were very clean and professional. We could not have been more pleased. They were very considerate of price concerns and didn't try to talk us into the most expensive system. They presented us with the systems that were within our budget. We were very comfortable working with City Heat and Air on the financing end. more

We had a heating and air system in that wasn't working very well. We called Mike with City Heat and Air, and he put in a new one. It works great now. We have been using City Heat and Air for years. It always turns out okay, but this is the best job we have had. However, that probably has to do with the unit we bought. As far as I'm concerned they are as good as there is in this town, and we recommend them. more

Efficient, quick service. 5/27/2010

City Heat and Air has installed 2 units for me, and they did a superb job on both of them. The first unit they put in for me about 4 years ago, and it is still working great. About 3 months ago they installed another one and it works great too. The employees are very nice and easy to work with. They were very efficient. I called them and they came out within an hour, gave me an estimate, and the next day they came to install. When the service technician came he gave me the option of repairing my 19 year-old unit or replacing it. He also told me the pros and cons of each choice. It was rusted out, so we decided to replace it. They were efficient and got right on it. Everything was great for me. more

Neat and clean. 5/10/2010

The City Heat and Air technicians were very neat and clean when they replaced the heat pipe on a large unit. It was a lot of work, and a pretty big job. Everything works great, and the unit is very quiet. Right now I'm just waiting for the sales tax form. more

This was my first experience with City Heat and Air. I decided to use them because they had 24-7 service. I had never had this problem with my heat regulator before, and they were able to come right out and fix it. They were fast, easy to work with, and got the job done. more

Very good service for 4 years straight... 3/2/2010

I have been very pleased with City Heat and Air. When we purchased our new house, we needed a whole new system, and my wife knew Mike through the construction business. City Heat and Air's bid was the most reasonable, so we hired them to install the system for us. They have been servicing it ever since, almost 4 years now. Mike supervised the installation process and made sure that we were completely satisfied. We have had many homes and many different systems installed over the years, and you do not usually get that type of service from a contractor. When we had a couple of issues that needed to be resolved immediately, on a Sunday, City Heat and Air always had someone available. I would definitely recommend this locally owned and locally run business...Mike runs a good ship and hires good people. David Reidy more

Outstanding Service, Quality and Performance 9/4/2009

This Company installed a very technically challenging Geo-thermal Heating and cooling system in my home. They were professional from day one and always showed up as scheduled. Their extensive knowledge regarding the installation was impressive and the owner of the company was more than willing to work with us to maximize the efficiency of our system. I can truly recommend this company to anyone. For someone wanting a basic heat pump to someone looking for a more extensive geothermal heating and cooling system, I feel confident City Heating and Air will provide professional service.
