My husband and I purchased a unit from this company and it went out BEFORE a year of even having it. My husband picked this company based on the 24/7 emergency service call. To our surprise only the parts were covered but not the labor. We had to save to fix our unit due to job loss and having a baby. After saving we called only to be told they can not come out. With the holiday weekend approaching I explained we have a child and have had to save and its in emergency. They said they can not until Tuesday. Would NOT recommended. What company can't understand a one year old in 90 degree weather?
