Straight up good folks, I contacted the internet department for the best deal. I am not only pleased with the deal I got on my SUV but even more so with the way I was treated by Buzz. \r \r Very professional. He established my needs and budget and only showed me vehicles that I could afford, which made the car buying experience much easier and quick compared the the last purchase we did that nearly took all day.\r \r I was done in an hour. I recommend Christopher Dodge World to EVERYONE!!!! I bought a car their in 2003, went back for my 2nd car a few months ago...because the service and professionalism was such an AWESOME experience the first time, the 2nd time was just as INCREDIBLE!!!! Darrin worked with me via email and phone, set up an appt. with me...and within a few hours they had me driving home with my 2011 Dodge Nitro, Blackberry Pearl in color.Exactly what I wanted!!! First I have to tell everyone I have never bought a car from a dealership, due to the fear of the pressure felt from the sales people. From the moment I walked into Christopher's Dodge World, my eye's were opened up, and my opinions changed. The people could not have been any nicer. I was introduced to Frank McLaughlin, my ""tour guide""/sales person for the day. What a WONDERFUL man. He was very kind, patient, and knowledgeable. He took the time to listen to my questions, and concerns. We looked at the vast inventory offered. Which boggled my mind that there were so many cars. I gave Frank my preferences, and told him I had very little to offer regarding trade in and cash down But Frank, along with the finance department worked very hard in trying to get me what I wanted, within the price range, type of car, and monthly payments I was able to afford. Frank even went out of his way to see if I could get into a newer model vehicle, than I personally thought was out of my grasp. But again he worked his MAGIC, and I am now driving not only my dream car, but a 2010 model, with just about everything extra I could want. I love this Dodge Dealership, they have a huge inventory of Dodge cars and Dodge trucks. I went there to buy a Dodge Durango and got a good deal. They are the largest Dodge Dealer in the World. If you are in Denver it is worth the drive to go to Golden, you will save and get discounts off the MSRP sticker price. They also have a lot of Dodge Ram 1500 and Dodge Ram 2500 heavy duty trucks. My favorite is the Dodge Challenger and the Dodge Charger. I traded in my Dodge Journey for the Durango cause my family is growing. If you want to buy a Dodge automobile ask for Justin B. he knows how to treat a customer right. more

Service Department is Terrible!!! 1/13/2011

I honestly wouldn't give this sorry excuse for a Dodge Dealership 1 star if I could, because they treat the customers terrible! I own a 2007 Dodge Caliber and I was driving down the highway one day when the accelerator pedal got stuck. I immediately looked up any recalls that I may not have heard about and sure enough, there was a recall on 2007 Dodge Calibers for sticky accelerator pedals and to take it in because they would replace the ""gas pedal assembly."" I took it in to the Dealership and they made me sign a statement saying that I would pay $104 if sticky accelerator pedal was not covered by the recall, but I had seen the recall with my own two eyes so I didn't think that I would have to worry about signing this petty little statement. They called me about 4 hours later and told me that there was a different part of the accelerator pedal that was broken and it WOULD NOT be covered under the recall, SO I would not only have to pay the $104 to get my car back and take is somewhere else for a second opinion, I would have to pay $350 to get it fixed! I told them that the recall specifically said ""gas pedal assembly,"" which would cover anything that had to do with the gas pedal, but they just said ""sorry."" I called Dodge Headquarters and they told me that the issue that Christopher's had diagnosed IS covered under the recall, but the Service manager, who I called to tell him what they told me at headquarters, said that Dodge had NO IDEA what they were talking about. The scum bags ended up robbing me out of around $450 (TO FIX A RECALLED ISSUE) and I promised them that I would never go back! Thank God that Dodge (not the dealership) ended up reimbursing us for the full amount, but the ordeal was ridiculous! Please don't go to this dealership...they think they can get away with this crap because they're the ""World's Largest Dodge Dealership,"" but they should not! more

I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN!!! 10/28/2010

I bought an SUV from Christopher's Dodge World in July of 2010. Our sales man was amazing! He was very accomidating and was very helpful!! However...once I went to the finance office I was treated like a total inconvience! I bought the car on a Saturday so I was unable to get an exact payoff, I knew approximatley what pay off was so the finance guy suggested we state the payoff as a little higher than what it was so I didnt have to come up with any extra money down and assured me that what ever the differance in actual payoff was and the amount stated (which was higher) I would be cut a check from them for that differance! 5 months later I still have not seen a check from them, nor will anyone return my phone calls! more

A Joke Dealership...BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE! 8/12/2010

We bought a truck 3 years ago with Mr Green's team...because my credit sucked so bad. After on time payments for almost 3 years I went back to Christopher's Dodge World. I looked online at a 07 Dodge Durango ( I wrote the vin #, mileage, and inventory #) when I filled out the application online, a sales man called me back within 5 min. I told him all my info that he needed, and I told him what vehicle I was looking for. He told me he would call me back first thing Tuesday morning....Tuesday morning comes and goes so about 11 I call him. "I'm sorry I am with a customer I will call you back". 5 p.m. comes and still no call....Wednesday morning STILL no call, so about 10 I call and talk to a manager. He says that he is going into a meeting and that he will call me back....7p.m. that evening I call him back "Yes you are approved for a vehicle, all we need is you to pick out your truck and you can have it". Be careful at this place 5/30/2010

This dealership should be out of business. The customer service is egregious. We made an appt. to test drive a sprinter van we had looked at a few days earlier. We drove an hour to Denver and when we arrived the sales person, Joe Schwarzkopf, was unknowledgeable about the vehicle and then could not find a key to start the vehicle. They wanted us to negotiate a price without test driving it. The sales person was rude several times and unconcerned about our inconvenience. Told us they would find a key next week and come back then. No apologies and even got angry with us when we were trying to speak to a floor manager. The floor manager's excuse for his sales person's behavior was that he had worked with the dealership for 27 years. We were incredulous. The dealership was empty on a Saturday. That should be a pretty good indication that something is wrong with this place. We have also dealt with the service dept. with our current van, which has poor customer service. We are more

Shop somewhere else, you deserve better!!! 5/8/2010

I went to the dealership to look at a truck I had seen online. When I found the truck on the lot, the headlights were hanging out. (seriously) The salesman asked if I would still be interested in the truck if he had the lights put back in. I just laughed and said "I don't think so". While he was away getting the keys for another truck that caught my eye, I examined the first truck closer and noticed that it had been wrecked. The radiator was still dented and had holes in it. I could also tell by the overspray around the frame. I should have walked away at that point, but I didn't. I ended up test driving the other truck I had seen, and actually buying it. 2008 Dodge 1500 Laramie, very nice truck, no scratches, no dents, no hidden damage. After not getting the Carfax report that I requested, I got one myself at home and everything was good. Wow!!I It was pretty unbelievable how the Christopher Dodge dealership in Golden Colorado used car sales dept handled our attempt to purchase a vehicle. \r \r From showing a dirty vehicle (inside and out), to not honoring a price they had agreed to and claiming there were additional service cost associated with vehicle not noticed before a price was offered and not having any documentation to back their service cost claims up. This dealership clearly can?t be trusted and I highly recommend looking elsewhere. more

Christophers Dodge World is Horrible 2/1/2010

My girlfriend was so excited about purchasing a new SUV. So excited that she when out to Christopher's Dodge World alone, and at night. The SUV that she viewed online looked and drove just as she thought it would when she saw it online. The interior was very clean, and the exterior was in really good shape too. Where they took advantage of her was the under carriage of the vehicle... it was completely RUSTED out. There is no way this SUV should even qualify to be sold by any dealership, it should be parted out. Right away, I suggested that we take the SUV back because we should have 72 hours to return any vehicle.... WRONG this is not a Colorado law so Christopher's does not honor the idea, although GO right across the street does.\r \r Already my girlfriend is having issues with this SUV (Jeep Cherokee). Exceptionally Poor Service 7/16/2009

Much to my surprise, this dealership did not want to sell me a car. In this dismal pit that they call a dealership, my questions were met with shrugs and they went so far as to refuse to start a vehicle that I was interested in unless I purchased the vehicle first. I don't know about you, but I don't make it a habit to buy anything without fully investigating it. Unfortunately, this dealership disagrees with the idea that the customer deserves respect and consideration in exchange for our hard-earned money. AVOID SERVICE DEPT! 8/14/2008

One of our vans, (with 46,131 miles ) blew a Harmonic Dampener in the engine causing damage to other components. Our ""service adivsor"" was blunt and unconcerned with our concerns. He told us that it would not be covered under warranty. The Service ""Manager"" likewise was unconcerned. We called Daimler Chrysler directly for help and when they called Christopher Dodge to confirm our story, the service ""Manager"" and ""adviser"" advised Chrysler NOT TO HELP US!
