This dealership should be out of business. The customer service is egregious. We made an appt. to test drive a sprinter van we had looked at a few days earlier. We drove an hour to Denver and when we arrived the sales person, Joe Schwarzkopf, was unknowledgeable about the vehicle and then could not find a key to start the vehicle. They wanted us to negotiate a price without test driving it. The sales person was rude several times and unconcerned about our inconvenience. Told us they would find a key next week and come back then. No apologies and even got angry with us when we were trying to speak to a floor manager. The floor manager's excuse for his sales person's behavior was that he had worked with the dealership for 27 years. We were incredulous. The dealership was empty on a Saturday. That should be a pretty good indication that something is wrong with this place. We have also dealt with the service dept. with our current van, which has poor customer service. We are
