I have never experienced such awful customer service in my life! GREG SMILEY you are by far the worst human bieng on the planet. Who ever even thinks about doing business with you is going to feel like they were violated at the end of it. This is by far the worst place you can buy a car from dont even consider them as an option take your money, credit, and self worth somewhere else because this company is a fraud, liars and most of all treat people like dollar signs if they don't see that they kick you around like dirt! more

Recently with the price of gas going up daily I was beginning to think about trading vehicles for better gas mileage. I drive about 30 miles one way to work so not only do I need a dependable vehicle but gas usage was killing me.\r \r I went thru a divorce a little over a year ago and as most often happens, finances are tight and a few credit problems were in the aftermath.\r \r I have liked the Dodge Caliber since it first made an appearance but really didn't think I could afford one. \r \r I was checking out the Calibers on the internet and it asked for my name and email address so I entered it to inquire about a 2010 Caliber.\r \r I received a call from the internet salesman, Jon Dover, and made arrangements to drop by Christopher's Dodge World just to get information and perhaps drive the 2010 Caliber.\r \r Jon was prepared and gave me other options as well. Looked for a new car on line and was contacted by an employee with Christopher's Dodge World. Was introduced and made to feel welcomed right off the bat! Got right in the car I ended up purchasing and loved it! No high pressure sales tactics to buy and was a fun experience! Everyone was nice and liked to joke around, which is what I love! Got the car I wanted for the right price! Will be recommending others to buy from these guys! Brought the car back to get extra packets I purchased, an ALL day event, and all were very accommodating! The sales guy, Jon, even drove me to the movie theater while I waited. more

Fantastic Experience 4/22/2012

I know some of the staff prior to coming to the store. We had a a very specific price range and looking for the BEST value for the dollar like everyone.\r \r Matt Hopper the Internet Manager that help me searched the large inventory of cars that fit my criteria and matched me with a Loaded Honda Accord. The sales managers went way above and beyond to make the deal work, from shaving a few dollars off multiple ways to fit the best loan approval with a ridiculously low rate. (the lowest I have EVER qualified for.) Worst buying experience we have ever 4/17/2012

Worst buying experience we have ever had. The sales guy was a total sleez bag and a liar. Told us a lower price for the car on the phone just to get us in and we drove an hour to get there and then told us he couldn't sell it for that price! We love the car, but feel they were not a good dealership. They never even did an oil change on the car. And when they were supposed to be washing the car they didn't and that took an hour it self. We will never buy from this dealership again and will not recommend it to anyone. more

Best company in golden 3/23/2012

I went in to look at SUV, not really ready to buy. I met with scotty who showed me some cars in the priceline that i was looking at. I was not really interested in any of the cars until I was shown a SUV mits outlander. totally fall in love and bought it on the spot. Thank you Scotty. more

I have had my car repaired for about 3 years and have always had excellent service at Christopher's Dodge World.I needed special financing and went there with little confidence of buying a new car.Rob Sylvia took the reins from the beginning,made me feel very comfortable and took me for a test drive in 2012 Dodge Caliber I liked.4 hours later I was driving home in my new Caliber with a finance rate,trade, and payment I was happy with.It may seem like a long time but Freddy in finance was backed up and when I got to him he breezed through the paperwork and got me on my way.I just took it on a 600 mile trip and the ride was great and it got the gas mileage advertised.The entire experience was far above my expectations.Thank you guys! more

First thing I'd like to say is that very seldom do I do any kind of ratings as I rarely have the time to put forth the effort, that said I feel I need to make time this time. I tried to buy a new 2012 Challenger from our local dealership here in Cheyenne WY to no avail. The salesman I worked with was helpful but apparently unless you are what they consider a brick, you don't really matter. I test drove and gave my commitment to buy yet a week after I purchased my new 2012 challenger from Christopher's Dodge World they still haven't called me back. I submitted a request online regarding the Challenger as this IS the car I'm buying and by 9am the next morning I had not only an email conformation, but a phone call from Matt Hopper. I never met him until I was ready to sign on the dotted line. He not only was very professional with me, he was knowledgeable with the car I wanted. I told him what I wanted from color to options. I have been using Christophers Dodge to 3/1/2012

I have been using Christophers Dodge to do all the service on the fleet of Dodge vehicles that we have (11 Dodges in all) We purchased them some where else and after dealing with their service Dept we switched over to Christophers and they have been GREAT! Jason Dunlap has been a life saver a number of times as have the techs who have worked on the trucks. They have always come through for me. I know that they will too for you. more

I contacted Christopher's Dodge World through the Mitsubishi America website. Matt Hopper contacted me via email and we setup an appointment to look at the new Mitsubishi cars.\r Even though they just added the Mitsubishi line of vehicles recently Matt was very knowledgeable about their products. I did not feel pressured about the deal and the price negotiation part was very painless. Matt asked me what my needs were and they tailored a payment that met those needs.\r I did not have to go through the hassle and frustration of "no the price is too high" ten times before we got to the 'real' deal.\r Very professional, very easy to work with, the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership. Buying a vehicle for our family always seems to be a long drawn out high pressure process. We went in to Christopher Dodge with a vehicle to purchase in mind. After everything seemed to be perfect and the deal was about to be made my husband and I decided we had better hold off and wait for a better deal. Darrin was quick on his feet and was able to find a vehicle that better fit our price range. We felt he had our best interest in mind and was there to help us every step of the way without pressuring us into buying a vehicle we didn't need. We got a really good price on our new truck and a very good price on our trade in. and we both were happy. We purchased the truck we traded in from Christopher Dodge originally a few years back and was very happy with the way we were treated and the service we received back then, so after discussing it's time to buy a new vehicle once again, we both decided to go back and see what we could do regarding a new purchase through Christopher Dodge once again, and met with Christopher Dodge first before proceeding onward toward other dealerships here in Colorado Springs. Darrin allowed me to install my two carseats in the vehicle to see how they fit and to test drive the vehicle to my husband's work for him to check it out too. It was so hassle free! A truly exceptional buying experience! 1/11/2012

Our buying experience at Christopher's Dodge World has truly been exceptional. I'm sure our needs were initially quite a bit different from their "typical" new car buyer. We were specifically looking for a new vehicle to replace our 2000 Pontiac Sunfire GT that we have been using as a tow vehicle behind our motorhome for the past 12 years. We started with a list of 10 pages of every vehicle that is motorhome towable. We were able to come up with 24 types of vehicle that met our overall requirements of being towable with all four wheels down. We were able to reduce that list to 16 vehicles based favorable internet reviews of vehicle reliability. The remaining 16 vehicle were individually checked under multiple conditions for their level of electromagnetic (EMF) radiation for both the driver's seat and for the passengers (high EMF levels are suspected of increasing ones risk of cancer).
