First I have to tell everyone I have never bought a car from a dealership, due to the fear of the pressure felt from the sales people.
From the moment I walked into Christopher's Dodge World, my eye's were opened up, and my opinions changed.
The people could not have been any nicer. I was introduced to Frank McLaughlin, my ""tour guide""/sales person for the day. What a WONDERFUL man. He was very kind, patient, and knowledgeable. He took the time to listen to my questions, and concerns. We looked at the vast inventory offered. Which boggled my mind that there were so many cars. I gave Frank my preferences, and told him I had very little to offer regarding trade in and cash down
But Frank, along with the finance department worked very hard in trying to get me what I wanted, within the price range, type of car, and monthly payments I was able to afford. Frank even went out of his way to see if I could get into a newer model vehicle, than I personally thought was out of my grasp. But again he worked his MAGIC, and I am now driving not only my dream car, but a 2010 model, with just about everything extra I could want.
