Hello Kelly,\r
\r
I typicallly wouldn't take the time to rebuttal a review, however, I feel that I need to due to a misunderstanding on your part and the review is totally false and incorrect. \r
\r
To set the record straight, I was not pissy with your first time appointment, you arrived 20 min late and still had to fill out consent forms and I was booked all day which would push my clients that were booked after you behind, it wouldn't be fair to make clients who are on time recieve their services late. I was a little stressed, but not pissy. I also am not a manager. I am an independent contractor. I value all of my clients and treat them with the utmost respect, \r

Now, about this last appointment...I was informed my appointment was at 10:15 not 10:45 I called immediately, spoke to your daughter and apologized. I arrived at 10:40 to be exact and when we walked in together, I apologized to you and you responded with ""it's quite alright, take your time"". When I came up to the front to bring you back, you asked for ""more dramatic"" at that moment I realized you had NO eyelashes on. You told me that they fell off 3 days after. Why wouldn't you call the salon or myself to inform me when that happened? If I bought an expensive pair of Jeans and a pocket fell off 3 days later, I would most certainly call the store. I have been doing lash extensions for 5 years and in that whole time I have NEVER seen any client who lost all of there lash extensions, but there is a first for everything. Your daughter barely lost any which is normal. 2 weeks went by and you made an appointment for a 45 min fill. A fill is just that...to ""refill"" and replensish what was lost. You needed a full set, and when you request a more ""dramatic"" look I would have needed 90 mins. I had other clients booked after you starting at noon. So even if we started at 10:15 it wouldn't have been enough time. I was just trying to be honest because in good conscience, I wasn't going to take you back and do a sub par service and take your money. You then became snippety, started texting and opened your laptop . I was trying to speak to you in a friendly manner and you were just ignoring me. I realized you were upset and I left you alone. You also failed to mention that I gave an additional 30 mins w/o charge for your daughter to make up for my tardiness.\r
\r
Thirdly, I apologize if you think that the price was ""top dollar"" you actually paid $249.50 for 2 full sets. One for one hour and the other for 90 mins. Most place charge anywhere between 150-350 per full set.\r
\r
I am very sorry you weren't happy with your service or the way you think you were treated.
