It's unfortunate to hear you did not have a pleasant experience with us at Charmed Salon! I have looked through our books for any two brow waxes that came together or any new client brow waxes(non-referrals) and don't have a record of any clients this could be. If I have overlooked your appointment somehow please contact me with the date and time of this incident and I would be more than happy to offer you a refund.\r

As for our high number of reviews please keep in mind we have been in business for going on 7 years and many of our staff have been in the business for even longer. We actually ask our clients to review us so these are not random reviews by one time clients. They are actual testimonials from our established clientele.\r
