Wow...I can't believe how terrible this place is. I have never been treated so unprofessionally and rude in my whole life. I'm very easy going and nice but I will never return to Charmed salon. Valerie did lash extensions for me. I payed her in full and even referred other people to her. How did she repay me? Not with accomodating services but by being 20 minutes late for mine and my moms appointments, then acting like it was no big deal. Then she proceeded to tell my mom she would't do her lash touch up because they all fell out. My mom would have paid extra but Valerie made no attempts to fix the situation. My mom decided to give them a bad review. I was willing to stay out of it and continue to be her client. Then Valerie and the owner decided to involve me by cancelling my referrals appointment at the last minute. This is my cousin who is traveling from the bay to get her lashes done. My mom called to see if she could still keep my cousins appointment. The owner proceeds to tell my mom she's menopausal!!!!!! What kind of business chases away three clients??? Crazy women at Charmed..Never again!
