DO NOT BELIEVE THE GOOD REVIEWS FOR THIS SALON........PROBABLY WRITTEN BY EMPLOYEES I first went to this salon two weeks ago for eyelashes for me and my daughter. The former owner was a little pissy because we were 10 minutes late. This did not set a great tone but I admit it was our fault that we were late. This place is EXPENSIVE. We paid top dollar ($300) to get the lashes applied and we were told that they last two weeks and fills are $40.00. A bit pricey but we figured we would give it a try. I followed their instructions exactly and all of my eyelashes were gone in less than two weeks. We made appointments to go back and arrived on time to the salon to find that it was closed. We called and left a message that we were at the salon at the appointed time but the door was locked. We waited 45 minutes and the former owner arrived (her sister the actual owner) called her and told her she had clients waiting outside. We finally got in..she did apologize, she thought the appointment was an hour later.I was nice about it and told her ""no problem"", however no effort was made to make it up to us...no discount...nothing. Then she informed me that my appointment was for a fill and if I had no lashes left, it would be more time and money. I told her to forget it. A wise business owner would have said, ""well since I thought your appointment was later, we do have extra time, let me see what we can do"". I would have paid her extra!!!!!! I am not a difficult customer, actually I think I am pretty nice...all you have to do is meet me half way at least. I hope the owner reads this because she needs to get rid of the sister as a manager there. Twice I have been in this salon (not a great location) and they have a very slow business right now...no other clients. You would think with this economy, they would want to give excellent customer service. If they had, I would probably be a regular client and they are making good money off of these eyelashes...not to mention the word of mouth. I will not recommend them and I am writing a bad review on every site I can find. They need new management that knows the value of good customer service.
