I love this place. I've only been there twice but I've already found my favorite dish and drink; Jerk pork platter with a mojito. Soooo good. The prices are a little high, but I'd...

I don't know why people like this place. The food was average to mediocre. The waitress was rude and unattentive. This is a trendy place for people who want to look good, but don...

The Food, The Scene, The Drinks and that Guapo Manager! 7/25/2006

To say that I was taken away would be an understatement. Forget, Calgon. CHA CHA CHA take me away! My senses were tantalized! From the moment we walked into this little oasis, the colors and music transported me into my mini vacation. Then came the best tapa that I have ever had, the coconut shrimp. Yes, I have had a similarly named dish elsewhere, but this takes the price. I shared my dates Ceviche and it too was refreshingly delicious. Our entrees, the Jamaican chicken and halibut were memorable. Our friendly server somehow convinced us to order dessert. I say somehow because the plates here are very generous. You don't have to go elsewhere to grab a burger after eating like at many pretentious restaurants in this city. We chose to have the bread pudding with bourbon sauce. Let me tell you, I am not a dessert person, but this thing is made better here than anybody's mama or as a matter of fact, grandma! To top off this great meal, the service, from the server to the manager made you feel at home. Speaking of that manager, I was on a date with a very good looking guy but I could not keep my eyes off of that manager! Must be that Latin thing!\r \r Oh yeah, and the prices for the meal that we had, cannot be beat. \r \r Thank You Cha Cha Cha! I will be back with all of my friends soon and maybe I can find out a little more 411 on that Manager! Pros: Food, Music, Service and that Manager! Cons: Why do we not have this in the valley? more

Perfect date restaurant 6/14/2006

At least, that's what I was thinking when I went here with a friend! The venue is small and cozy, but bright and loud enough to fend off those awkward silences. The sangria was pretty good and the jerk pork appetizer was tender, flavorful -- simply delicious. My friend's jerk-flavored shrimp entree was also good. Not exactly sure which type of paella I ordered -- it contained saffron rice and sausage, among other things -- but it was bland and I wouldn't order it again. more

Wow!!! 4/25/2006

Omg I went to dine at Cha Cha Cha for the first time for a group reunion last week and I had the time of my life!!! The Sangria was the best I had ever had, their Tapas selection is wide and all the items we chose were delicious. Best of all, the prices are extremely affordable - like being on vacation! The servers were attentive and very friendly, I didnt have to ask for anything. All in all Cha Cha Cha ROCKS, so you should get out there and go for an adventure!!!!! Pros: Food, Ambiance, Price Cons: Parking more

Delicious! 4/18/2006

The food is yummy, the sangria is better; the atmosphere is awesome and the service is good. Cha Cha Cha is great for large parties or just for two. Parking is difficult, so just use the valet. Young and old alike will enjoy the entire experience! Pros: Food, Ambience, Value more

Treasure 6/9/2005

When you first walk in you are immediatly drawn to the entrance of sparkling bright red and green beaded cloth and the sound of Latin music intices you to come feel the beat. First step in the door and its like your on an island in the Caribbean. No lights but the candles on each table. Red streaked paint and little necklaces and medallions hang from the richly covered walls. Empanaditas stuffed with goat cheese and vegs, small portion, very good. Comes with very tasty salsa. Dishes come w/ dirty rice, black beans, & fried bananas. Crunchy thing is fried jicama. Suggest you get valet parking, area around Cha cha cha is scary as heck. $20 dollars will usually get you a glass of sangria & your main dish (which could alone be as much as $20). Happily cozy. Pros: Unique atmosphere Cons: the neighborhood, parking, yikes!! more

When i go to Cha CHa CHa, i feel as though i've stepped out on to a shack in Barbados, or ""cuba"" since it is Cuban food- but the most important thing is that the food and atmosphere here CANNOT be beat.. its fantastic. Everything i've ever ordered here has been a flawless meal of taste. :) more

Great Food & Setting, Perfect for Parties... 3/24/2005

This is a great spot for any date or even an out-of-town guest. My faveorite thing to do is order a ton of appetizers and share 'em with a big table of friends. (After a few pitchers of their Sangria, you won't worry about double-dipping.) Oh, and they cater like CHAMPS! I fed almost 60 people (with lots of leftovers) for under $700!! Pros: Menu/food, Setting, Catering more

Cool Times! 3/7/2005

Cha Cha Cha's was one of my first encounters with carribean cuisine and it didn't disappoint. So here's my recipe for a cool time: First get about 4 or 5 of your friends, Start with the house sangria, Have the jerk chicken or fish, add fried yucca or plantains, mix in some black beans and rice, and finish it off with another pitcher of that Sangria! Chill with friends about an hour and a half, enjoy cool time under hot tin roof! more

Great place, great food 3/7/2005

I went here for the first time for a friends birthday. Everyone in our party came at least 1 hour late but the staff didn't seem to mind to much (it was still early for dinner so it wasn't too crowded). While waiting for the rest of our party we ordered a pitcher of Sangria. The Sangria was delicious. Probably the best Sangria I've had in a long time. The food was excellent. Their jerk pork platter was to die for. The price was affordable. We were also able to bring in our own cake without them charging any slicing fees. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this restaurant. Pros: large portions, fair prices, friendly staff more
