Cha Cha Cha's was one of my first encounters with carribean cuisine and it didn't disappoint. So here's my recipe for a cool time: First get about 4 or 5 of your friends, Start with the house sangria, Have the jerk chicken or fish, add fried yucca or plantains, mix in some black beans and rice, and finish it off with another pitcher of that Sangria! Chill with friends about an hour and a half, enjoy cool time under hot tin roof!
