I go here every other week as a girls night out with my girls, there are four of us..I have tried everything on the menu, its all good.\r \r The boys that serve are very nice, and very charming. The sangria, just keep it pouring, the goodness never ends. The ambiance is eclectic with a latin twist.....\r Go, you are missing out! Pros: all is good. Cons: there aren't more than one. more

This place is gorgeous. Forget that the surrounding neighborhood is nondescript--the interior is carnivalesque and cute. Sangria is good, service is fine, and the food is tasty for L.A. pseudo-Caribbean catered to the Anglo palate. The good news? Your palate is probably satisfied with low salt, spices that LOOK like seasoning but don't add a whole lot of flavor. Heck, next to diner food, this place seasons like El Spicy Diablo Loco or whatever. So don't sweat it. You'll love it. Me, I just close my eyes and pretend that one day soon I'll dine in Miami, New York, Jamaica, Cuba, DR, PR, etcetera. I understand that it might be hard to serve a huge group, especially if a majority of the party would show up in the latter part of the hour. It was raining, if that was any excuse. Maybe being all girls could be an excuse, but the service was attentive and they were sweet. I understand that it takes a lot for a restaurant to do a large party, but they all made us feel special, if that was anything. They did keep the sangria pouring and there seemed to be a difference in payment, but I was a bit tipsy, so I didn't catch it all. Ah well, it all chalked up for a great, great evening. Overall Pros: Service, very, very kind; understanding with us that we had to take over 2 hours Cons: we had only two hours for our party more

This place has the best, feel, look, service and FOOD! Oh and I almost forgot...the sangria is to die for! You must try the chicken. I dream about it every now and again. As a matter of fact, I think I'll make a reservation now! Pros: Food, Service, Drinks and Value more

I've been here many times, for birthdays or family celebrations. I've tried a couple of dishes, but the one I like the best, and now get every time is the sausage and chicken paella. It's perfect. Everything from the Sangria to the guacamole are original and delicious. I came with a large group of people, and the resturant was more than happy to seat us quickly and serve us quickly, and everyone left loving their meals. I have eaten almost everything on the menu. My favorite is still the pizza topped with goat cheese and giant garlic cloves. The coconut shrimp are giant! The tapas sampler had these things called, ""banana boats"" on it ... amazing. I love the atmosphere and the drinks. Sometimes they run out of certain menu items, (deserts), bit its okay. The pulled pork works for desert too! ;) Pros: Street Parking or valet, lighting, flavor! more

To say that I was taken away would be an understatement. Forget, Calgon. CHA CHA CHA take me away! My senses were tantalized! From the moment we walked into this little oasis, the colors and music transported me into my mini vacation. Then came the best tapa that I have ever had, the coconut shrimp. Yes, I have had a similarly named dish elsewhere, but this takes the price. I shared my dates Ceviche and it too was refreshingly delicious. Our entrees, the Jamaican chicken and halibut were memorable. Our friendly server somehow convinced us to order dessert. I say somehow because the plates here are very generous. You don't have to go elsewhere to grab a burger after eating like at many pretentious restaurants in this city. We chose to have the bread pudding with bourbon sauce. Let me tell you, I am not a dessert person, but this thing is made better here than anybody's mama or as a matter of fact, grandma! To top off this great meal, the service, from the server to the manager made you feel at home. Speaking of that manager, I was on a date with a very good looking guy but I could not keep my eyes off of that manager! Must be that Latin thing! Oh yeah, and the prices for the meal that we had, cannot be beat. Thank You Cha Cha Cha! I will be back with all of my friends soon and maybe I can find out a little more 411 on that Manager!
