Review content:
I arrived with a list of repairs that the VW dealership recommended totaling about $4,500. Rick from Casey went over each one of the items after examining the car and gave his recommendations of what needed repairs. Of 9 items recommended by VW he felt that only 4 needed repairs at a cost of $1,000 including 2 items VW did not even catch. They said the car would be ready at 1pm and it was ready at 1:03pm.
I will stop going to VW and use Casey exclusively. They provide a loaner car if needed. Everyone is extremely polite and patient describing what repairs are being done (I am not very knowledgeable about cars). The shop is extremely clean.
They told me to return before winter which I will do. By the way they are 30 miles from where I live but in my mind worth the drive.
