Their customer service is always excellent and their service is excellent. They fix the problems you may have, but also are understanding of the expense of certain things that may arise. more

Reliable work 2/11/2013

There were no problems whatsoever with Casey Automotive. I used them to replace a timing belt and water pump replaced as well as regular maintenance. The estimate was accurate and the work was done in a timely manner. more

Always leave happy, 14 years of great service for my family 2/6/2013

I have known the guys at Casey Automotive for 14 years now. My wife and son and I have been going there since we moved here from Michigan. I know the manager and employees, and they have become family. I even go into the shop when I am driving by just to say hello. I use them for repairs as well as maintenance and couldn't be happier. Never had a problem with them. If I did, I call them, let them know I am coming, and I always leave happy. more

We have been going to Steve's locations for a while now. They do everything from oil changes to preventative maintenance to repairs. We have four vehicles we bring to them. They have a couple locations, and the people run his shops - Mike & Ollie - do a very good job at working with the customers. more

They're honest, their prices are competitive, and it's just a wonderful experience. I know the regional manager and the shop manager. They're very accommodating. I don't go anywhere other than Casey Automotive, and I go to whatever branch Mike is working at. He's the only man in the business that I trust, and he's the most honest person I've ever met in my life. He's excellent. Other people sell you things you don't need, but Casey won't. They do exactly the work you need and will warn you if something is going bad. I've spent about $12,000 with them over the past 15 years, so I know what I'm talking about. David Willy more

I've had about 10 cars into Casey Automotive since I've been seeing them, and they've done everything from flat tires to clutches in BMWs. They're patient and they listen. They give the customer satisfaction instead of just bringing up a payment to make. more

I've been going to Casey Automotive for 15 years, and I've recommended that family and neighbors go there as well. They've done everything for me, from things as simple as oil changes to transmission, brakes, water pumps, exhaust systems, and tires. They've done everything for us. They're a good bunch of guys to deal with. They give you a fair deal. more

A fantastic repair shop that I would recommend to anybody. 11/27/2012

I'm a huge fan of Casey Automotive. I recommend them to everybody around here. They've done a huge amount of work for me. They're excellent diagnosticians and they always get the diagnosis right. They don't do any work unless you authorize it. They have good mechanics who go out of their way and are almost fanatical about making sure it's done right. The upper half of my Mustang engine was swapped out during some performance work. When they gave it back, you couldn't tell that the engine had been touched. There were no broken tabs and no wires out of place. It looked factory perfect, like they had just dropped it in there. I was awestruck. more

I do recommend Casey Automotive. They have been good for the most part. They do pretty much everything for us. We have, between my cars and my daughter's cars, probably like five vehicles they service. They always do a good job. We've had everything done from oil changes to diagnosing problems, and we have been using them for, I would say, a good 12 years now. more

Great Service 9/26/2012

I went for an oil change because of a coupon in the mail. Best piece of mail I have received in a long time because it brought me to Casey Automotive. Mike went over my vehicle with me and explained numerous things that I need to attend to. Mike was very knowledgeable and helpful with what needs to be done. I was very impressed with the way Mike and Casey Automotive do business and will be going here from now on for all my automotive needs. more
