I've been with Casey for quite a few years. I go to him for both my personal vehicle and my limousines. They find the problem, tell you when it will be done and do good work. There's no guess work with them, they are real mechanics. I can't find anyone else to work on my cars besides them. more

I have been using Casey Automotive for decades. They mostly do oil changes and maintenance work for me, but they have done major repairs as well. They have always been great, and I expect them to continue to provide that quality service. more

I have been a customer at Casey Automotive for over twenty years and have always been happy with their service and attitude. If you are unhappy, they will work with you to change that. They stand fully behind their warranties will do what needs to be done. I have over 400,000 miles on my present van and had over 600,000 miles on my last one. Needless to say I had a great deal of work done and i would say that 95 percent was done at Casey. I would recommend them to anyone. more

If you're ignorant about cars, trust Casey's for your repair work. 9/12/2012

My first experience at Casey's Streamwood was to use one of their coupons for an oil change. There were a few things that needed work, so I opted to try, but to be honest, my trust factor with auto repair places wasn't high. The work was done well, so I returned the next time I needed service. I've been going there for less than one year now and today I took it in for them to fix the clip that holds the coolant reservoir in place. I was there for 10 minutes total before they called me and said the car was ready. They said it was such a simple fix, there was no charge. Every person who is ignorant when it comes to car repairs should have their car serviced at Casey's! more

Always excellent 9/10/2012

I've had my Acura MDX serviced at Casey Automotive for the past 10 years. They service everything on my car, from brakes to transmission rebuild. The prices are always reasonable and the service is always excellent. Not to mention that they offer loaner cars at no charge while your car is being serviced. Thanks for the great work, guys! more

Very impressed 9/10/2012

I brought my car in after searching for a repair shop that included transmissions as my regular shop charged more then I was quoted elsewhere for a transmission flush. Caseys did a full review of my car before they even touched the service I came in for and didnt charge me a dime for it. Their service was thorough, professional and honest. They are now my new auto repair shop. more

Brake Inspection Gone Great 12/1/2011

I brought my 1998 Toyota 4Runner in for a brake inspection because my car was rattling over bumps and I had a noise when putting my car into gear. I was very happy to hear it wasn't my brakes at all, it was my struts and shocks. I love when I leave a place happy and know I wasn't taken to the cleaners :o) more

Worst care repair shop 8/16/2011

They are rip-offs. You take your car in for simple service maintainance and they bring a 2 page list of every problem your car has and expects you to pay for them all. They never remember the work they do after they've done it. The owner is very rude and proud of overcharging for the $hitty service you get. Avoid these jerks....:( more
