I went to Casey Automotive for an oil change plus a 40,000 mile check up. They did a few different things for the check up you know, they put in different filters and they checked a lot of stuff.
The check up was more than an oil change but they charged me for the oil change two times, so when I saw that I had been charged twice I had to reach out to them and tell them and they did take it off the bill when I went back for another oil change but they shouldn't have done that at all.
The shop is out of the way too so I had to go back for the second oil change and of course, so I could get the money back. Once I went back, they were polite.
