I am very impressed with the service at Casey Automotive. They are always able to get me in right away when I call, and are very timely with the repairs. The manager, Pete is always there to greet you with a smile, and I feel I am I good hands. He explains the repair bill , which is always itemized and they show you used parts that have been replaced, which is comforting to see. I think the integrity of the business shines through all of their employees. I would highly recommend Casey Auitomotve!! more

I have been bringing my cars in since before they remodeled and have always been greeted with friendly and professional staff. While I wait I have a very nice TV to watch, a complimentary cup of JAVA and a place to work on my laptop to catch up on my e-mails if need be. Casey Automotive in Palatine have always been wonderful to me. They have taken care of my Nissan Pathfinder for over 3 years now. Their service is outstanding. Pete and Jesse always explain what's going on with my vehicle and what is the best and for me the most economical why to repair it. I truely appreciate them and the entire staff. I have moved from the Palatine area up to Lake County and I continue to bring my vehicle to Casey's cause I know I will get great service with a smile. My mother even brings here car there and she leaves in Chicago just to reiterate why efficient their service is. Far be it from me to labor online and write any review... but then came Casey's! I've been a customer of Casey's for years with their Streamwood location. So naturally when my 2007 Equinox wouldn't pass emissions tests I brought it in. While Mike looked into my issue, I was treated well, complete with rides to and from home and a loner to use for work. When Mike thought I was covered under warranty, naturally he suggested I go to a dealership, so I went to Biggers Chevrolet in Elgin. Unfortunately it was Biggers that left me wondering why I bought a Chevy. Biggers held my car for weeks and only offered me a loner when I complained to management. I live alone and have no other means of transportation. Biggers claimed to never have a loner for me, but finally provider a dirty crappy one. Three service managers later, I was told they could fix my car - outside of warranty - for $500. By this time my Plates went expired and I needed it fixed fast, but I had to raise the money. So I picked up my car from Biggers (with a diagnosis) and drove it around until payday. During those few days I managed to get $90 worth of tickets for my newly expired plates. (thanks Biggers) With urgency (and a paycheck), I called Biggers to ask for a time to bring my car in now that I had money. They had no time for a week in the future. Forget that! I'm racking up tickets! So I stopped in to see Mike at Streamwood's Casey's. Mike instantly remembered me and took immediate interest in finding resolution to my issue. Mike went above and beyond to confirm that the part I needed was not covered by warranty given my new diagnosis. I was not - but to my delight, Casey's quoted me a price that was 1/3 of what Biggers was going to charge me, and Mike secured time for me the next morning! The next day I dropped off my car on my way to work. Casey's loaned me a clean, functioning loner. Within 2 hours, Mike called to tell me than not only was my car fixed for the quoted lower price, but he drove it to the Emissions Testing facility and obtained a pass certificate for me while I was at work. When I came to pick up my car during lunch there was nothing left for me to do except renew my plates. They also had the address and directions to the nearest DMV ready for me where I could go quickly during lunch. Mike and his fellow associates at Casey's resolved my nightmare within a matter of hours (not weeks like the dealership)! I am grateful and recommend Casey's! more

All I have to say is that, I am so glad I went to Casey Motors at Arlington Heights,IL...They were the only ones that I can truly say, offered me the best service I have ever gotten in years,and for the first time which I walked out of a place-not regretting how my money got spend! Their prices are triple,the less of anywhere else I have checked, and their service was the best when it comes to getting the job done for very,very, affordable price, along with serving you in the very professional manner, which they did! I needed tires on my Mini-Cooper and the dealership was so expensive. I started to call around for prices, I phoned a few tire shops and then starting calling automotive centers. Who would have thought I would get the best price on tires from there. Not only did I get the best price they balanced them and did an alignment. I brought my car in for a oil change, my parents recommended Casey and I had a very great experience. They did not treat me like a kid. The waiting room is clean and neat with a great TV. I was told that my brakes look good but I should bring my car back for a safety check in 12 to 15 thousand miles. I will bring my car back it is nice to have a shop that you can trust. more

I was looking for a good mechanic and a friend recommended Casey Automotive it is a distance, but I was told they are honest and I will not be disappointed. I have had my car serviced at Casey's a few times and the service couldn't be better. I just had new tires installed and my car now runs like a dream. I have also had a bunch of other things done to my car there and have not had a problem. They are so much better than my previous mechanic. I would recommend them to anybody. more

I pulled into Casey's as I developed a flat tire right in front of their shop. Without hesitation, they evaluated and said I needed a new tire as there was a crack in the sidewall. I knew I was on borrowed time with this particular tire, so they were right on. They put my spare on, put the bad tire back on the spare rack under my suv. They gave me an estimate and sent me on my way without charging me for their time and without a commitment from me that I will purchase a tire from them. Because of their quality service, I will be getting that tire from them. more

I have to make sure I write a review to express the great honest service I have had from Casey Automotive in Streamwood for more than 15 years now. This is the only place I take my cars now because of the great jobs and honest work they do. I highly recommend them for servicing your automobiles and recommend that they be the only ones to do so. Some other places I have tried attempted to overcharge me and lie to me. I have tested Casey Automotive a few times and they have passed the test every single time.
