I have been going to Casey for several years now due to their honest quality work. They are very informative and place priority on the customer. They also help to prioritize what really should be fixed first when there are multiple items to be fixed. Best I've used in the area for getting the job done right! more

Awesome Service! 10/29/2012

From the minute I walked in the door to the time I left the entire staff was very kind,helpful and professional. My car broke down about 2 blocks from the shop I walked to see if they could help. They called a tow truck and drove me back to my car. The service was great and when I returned Monday the customer care continued. thank you!!! more

Excellent Service 10/24/2012

I took my son's 2004 Honda Civic for service to Casey Automotive on 10/16/12 for complete engine tune-up and the timing belt replacement. They did an excellent job. My son is extremely happy and said that it felt like a new car. I also liked their customer service. I would strongly recommend Casey Automotive to anyone needing an honest, professional auto service. more

Top quality service for a reasonable price 10/2/2012

Casey Automovtive in Palatine has been taking care of my 3 vehicles for the last several years. I like the inspections done at oil changes. I have never had to bring my vehicles back for faulty repair work. Their prices and quality of work is much better than any dealership that I have dealt with. They also offer a free courtesy car when available. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. more

Great customer service 9/20/2012

I've been going to Casey's for 10+ years. I enjoy the employees and I know I can trust their word when it comes to the problems with my vehicle. They never turn down my request for even fixing other things I might have wrong with my vehicle. Fixing cars are never cheap ut I know I can always trust in Casey's from PERSONAL long time experience. more

Fantastic Service 8/23/2012

We have used Casey Automotive on two occasions and both times we received excellent service. The first time we discovered a leak in our radiator and needed a new one. We had to drive 6 hours to Ohio the next day and they were able to fit us in and replaced the radiator. We were made aware of needed replacement belts/wires etc. and they told us we should find someone in Ohio (where we live)to take care of these as they were original and we had 120,000 miles on the car. We were unable to find anyone in Ohio that would just take care of the needed replacements. All that we contacted wanted to do more extensive work that we didn't need. So, we had to return to Arlington Heights for a family matter and contacted Casey Automotive and they gave us a loner and were able to service our needs again with professionalism and great service. We would highly recommend Casey Automotive. more

Honest and fixed for less than dealer 8/14/2012

My headlights quit working on my dodge and the dealer wanted over $350 to fix. Said it probably needed some sort of module. Casey was able to clean and rewire some connection and fixed the problem for less then half of the that. Thanks for being upfront and honest about the repair. My friend sent me here and I am glad.I will be back. more

HAD A BATTERY PUT IN AND A THERMOSTATE 8/10/2012

They did not tigthten the (+) termanal clamp on the battery, the car was dead, i had to tighten the clamp my self to get the car running again. there is two screws missing on my in thake over, only two are holding. If you have any work done by casey i would double check there work because you might be missing some screws or the fastnersw are not tightened down. more

Had lots to do 5/30/2012

I brought my 1993 Benz in which had a lot wrong with it, Air didn't work. Windows didn't work. I need all fluid changed, Oil, Trans, Coolant flush, ect. The car had a very hard time starting. Everything works great now I have air (The old systems updated) Windows go up and down and the car starts on the first turn of the key....Nice. I am very happy with everything they did and will go back for other things I want done. They changed the starter for free because they didn't like the way it sounded. Very good shop!!! more

I am Streamwood customer for 5+ years, all my cars are well serviced. I recommend Casey's to my friends and neighbors looking for a auto mechanic that is trust worthy and stands behind their work. Cassey's gives better service than some new car dealerships! more

Not satisfied 4/16/2012

They didn't fix the noise my car was making but still charged me. I had never heard of a place that does that. They don't seem to care about customer satisfaction and don't guarantee their work. No customer serivice skills at all. more

Not Trustworthy 4/11/2012

DO NOT GO HERE! My car needed to be realigned, so I decided to give Caseys a shot. I dropped my car off and they said they would call me with a quote before they started any work. When they called back, they quoted me for a bunch of other ""recommended repairs"" totaling around $900 included new breaks and break pads, which I had replaced not even three months prior. After feeling like I was being taken advantage of, I refused to have any work done. They then told me I had 1 hour to pick up my car of they'll have it towed! I know mechanics are known to be shady, but this place takes the cake! more

"The Best" in the Chicagoland Suburbs 4/5/2012

I was stranded on the expressway and called Casey's in panic, they called a Towing Company they have used for years, picked my car up, and diagnosed it, fixed it and was so completely explainable, They had my car done the same day. I would recommend them over and over again, Love them guys, "Thanks Casey's" more

EXCELLENT SERVICE for many years!! 1/30/2012

I have been a customer at the Casey Automotive in Arlington Heights, IL for quite sometime with my BMW 540i and have never been disppointed. I have had nothing but great exeriences with the service and qualtiy of work provided by them. They go out of their way to accomadate your needs and expectations to ensure a pleasurable experience for any type of service needed. 2005 nissan fronter 1/27/2012

The best place to take your car is here. There prices are very fair and because there guys are paid hourly you don't need to worry about getting stuff fixed that was not needed. I took my truck in for a noise they found out it was the inner tie rod. At the time i did not have the money to fix it so i asked how long can i go driving like this they told me no longer that 3 months if this had been the deler they would have told you asap. I just got the truck fixed today and the noise is gone. They fix it right the first time. It's hard to find a good shop but if your looking this is the place you want to go more

Caseys service cannot be compared or beat especially at thier low rates! They put my previous mechanic who i thought very highly of to shame. I was very pleasantly surprised when they rotated my tires for me with an oil change free of charge and even took a look at a lighter issue last minute and fixed the fuse... the guys are friendly, helpful, and above all else honest. As a female it can be particularly challenging to find a good honest mechanic anywhere. I am proud to call caseys my mechanic of choice! more
