Review content:
We have used Casey Automotive on two occasions and both times we received excellent service. The first time we discovered a leak in our radiator and needed a new one. We had to drive 6 hours to Ohio the next day and they were able to fit us in and replaced the radiator. We were made aware of needed replacement belts/wires etc. and they told us we should find someone in Ohio (where we live)to take care of these as they were original and we had 120,000 miles on the car. We were unable to find anyone in Ohio that would just take care of the needed replacements. All that we contacted wanted to do more extensive work that we didn't need. So, we had to return to Arlington Heights for a family matter and contacted Casey Automotive and they gave us a loner and were able to service our needs again with professionalism and great service. We would highly recommend Casey Automotive.
