The guys installed central air and a new furnace for us today. Very professional and helpful. We were very appreciative of the great job they did for us.

Worst

I did my research in a part that was needed the part was 300$ end up paying over 1100$ I know they have to make some profit but 4x the amount never again will I use them

Work has not been 100% completed yet but so far I'm impressed with the service and quality of the work. They have been great to deal with, and I feel that I've got a good value. more

My furnace began leaking over the weekend and I was pretty sure it would need replacing. Problem was I was leaving town the following Thursday and needed the new unit befor ethat. I did my homework over the weekend and called Capital first thing Monday. They had a tech at my house by 10:15am. His inspection revealed multiple issues on my 33 year old furnace, confirming my fears. Fortunately he was able to schedule an install for a new heating and AC unit for the next day. The installers were prompt and courteous, and efficiently installed both units. more

Great service, still cold. 1/28/2015

Made an emergency call, had same day service before 5pm so there was not an after-hours fee. Furnace problem was intermittent, so technician was unable to run diagnosis and fix said problem, but offered to do a tune-up instead and explained in detail each step and what he was doing. Very professional, very quick and thorough. more

Great job. Love this HVAC company! 1/26/2015

The guys at Capital put in a 2-zone system that has changed the way in which our HVAC works. No more hot first floor and cold second floor. It is even between floors and zones now. Looking forward for the A/C to be nice in the summer too! more

Ultimately satisfied with service provided 1/22/2015

Initial Service was not as experienced as I would have expected. He was constantly on phone to office or other personnel describing issues and performing test functions as directed by his contacts. It took over 3 hours to finally determine that best thing to do is replace furnace. Technician was going to continue disassembling furnace to prove a point. Not good experience. I ultimately made decision to stop furthur disassemby and order a new furnace. more

Professional, organized, and terrific customer service 1/16/2015

My furnace went out in my condo a couple days before our forecast called for minus zero temps. Capital was able to send out a representative the next day, and after discussing options during the consultation I decided on a new furnace. They installed it the very SAME DAY! Still not happy about replacing a 7 yr old furnace, but my experience with Capital could not have been better and the saved me just before the cold set in. From the young lady who first scheduled my appointment, to the sales rep and installers, this is a top notch outfit. more

Replaced conventional boiler and two hot water heaters with new high efficiency boiler 1/6/2015

The guys at Capital did a great job. This was a pretty big project that took 4 full days to complete. They were courteous, protected all of the carpeting from dirt and damage and did a first class job. We are very pleased. The installation is working perfectly. more

We have had problems understanding the system. 12/4/2014

Capital Heating & Cooling has been coming by to fix several problems with our system in the offices. We have hydraulic pipes and we have problems understanding how our system works. They are situated underneath the floor to heat the place and have a furnace, but we weren't really trained on how they work. One guys came twice because our temperature in the office would fluctuate from really cold to hot. For example, my office gets the hottest and the coldest. He fixed some things, and then another guy who understood the system better came out, too. This last time, the guys explained it to us and had our problems relatively resolved. more

My experience with Capital Heating & Cooling has always been good. They're prompt and don't leave the job undone. I had gone to a less expensive heating company before, and that was a big mistake. I should have gone with Capital from the beginning, because they ended up having to undo the mistake that the last company did. Since then, I have been using Capital for several years -- for both my home and my business. I would highly recommend them to others. more
