I switched from my furnace people that I had been with for 25 years because they didn't get back to me for months. Both Abbey and Jason K from Capital did not bad mouth them, even seemed surprised that they dropped the ball. That impressed me on the first phone call with Abbey and on Jason K's first visit. Jason also called when he was on his way and was exactly on time. He was very knowledgeable about what my needs would be for my house, even discouraged me from unnecessary gas hook-ups. He gave me several options and when I asked what his professional opinion was, he offered it and I went with his suggestion. He encouraged me to get more estimates, including the company I had been with, even telling me that Capital would probably be more expensive. Jason always told it like it was. No surprises, no hidden costs. Based on the service, the quality and the personalities of Abbey and Jason K, it was a no-brainer for me to go with Capital. When I had to change my installation date for a frivolous reason, they accommodated my request. The furnace hasn't been installed yet, but I am confident that I will receive the same considerate and professional care that has been given to me already by everyone who I have dealt with at Capital. Jason K also told me that after my installation, if there are any emergency problems after hours, the owner, Jason Fox, personally takes the emergency phone calls and personally contacts his technicians to go out and fix the problem. As Jason K jokingly put it, they are more motivated to go out in the middle of a cold winter night when the owner himself calls them. Based on the pleasant treatment I have received so far, it was an objective and gut feeling to go with Capital Heating. I will highly recommend them to others who are in need of any heating or cooling needs.
