The guys installed central air and a new furnace for us today. Very professional and helpful. We were very appreciative of the great job they did for us.

Worst

I did my research in a part that was needed the part was 300$ end up paying over 1100$ I know they have to make some profit but 4x the amount never again will I use them

A/C start-up 7/21/2015

Had a new furnace and A/C installed in November and first tried turning on A/C a few days ago. Neither A/C unit turned on and since only 1 had been updated, knew the fix had to be something simple. Capital heating still sent someone over to check it out - and sure enough, it was a very simple fix, but he made sure everything else was in good order. Very courteous, and quick service. more

Clayton and James who installed the furnace and air conditioner were very prompt, knowledgeable, professional, answered questions readily, and did a great job. Financing was made easy by the woman we talked to in the office; she was friendly and very helpful. Everyone was very respectful. The men treated our home respectfully also. Capital Heating & Cooling fixed a problem with my heater last winter. The technicians were on time, flexible with scheduling, and did a very good job. Every time we called, they worked with us to schedule service at a convenient time for us over the weekends. I recommend Capital Heating & Cooling for great service. more

Excellent office staff and workers. 6/17/2015

Capitol Heating was introduced to me through Angie's List. My furnace tune-up was excellent. I have used another company in the Northshore area, and they never explained to me how the "blower" works, how clean or not clean that the air ducts are, when I should have the AC tuned up, etc. I continued with them and had the AC tune up last week. Excellent service, explanation of details, what I could look at in the future, etc. Good company! more

The service tech that arrived, called our home 45 minutes before arrival to let me know he was on his way. He was extremely courteous and friendly, as well as knowledgeable. We are extremely satisfied and plan to have Capital heating install a new air conditioner later this week. Great service! more

Positive experience 5/15/2015

I had Capitol Heating & Cooling come out to do an A/C tune up. While my A/C unit had a problem that prevented them from doing a complete check up, they still looked at my furnace as I thought they might as well check that while they were here. They did a great job. Very pleasant and knowledgeable. I would definitely use them again. more
