My furnace went out in my condo a couple days before our forecast called for minus zero temps. Capital was able to send out a representative the next day, and after discussing options during the consultation I decided on a new furnace. They installed it the very SAME DAY! Still not happy about replacing a 7 yr old furnace, but my experience with Capital could not have been better and the saved me just before the cold set in.
